  2. Looking for an option to have the 'Text message template' or 'Use template' when sending SMS using the RingCentral for HubSpot CTI.

    Currently, this feature is not yet available in the integration. It is only visible in RingCentral standalone application.

  4. It would be great if we had the option to integrate WhatsApp into MVP office plans.Currently, there is no direct way to integrate WhatsApp and their MVP account. The only way is by having a RingCX Digital account and connecting to WhatsApp. If they need help in setting up RingCX Digital account, they will have to reach out to their Account Manager or our Sales team.

  6. Kreg wants to have the possibility to hover over a number and be presented with the chance to call or send SMS, which was with the RingCentral for HubSpot extension.

    He is gutted that he has to navigate a few steps before calling a contact or sending an SMS.

    He says this makes things more complicated.

  11. SPOG allows the splitting of audio devices. I wish the SF connected did the same. We are an inbound shop with peaky traffic, and would really appreciate a ringer. We could adjust tone and volume on - separate from the audio device / headset. There are cases when this would be helpful to increase or decrease ringer levels and tone.

  14. We need an email notification to the email address associated with the RingCentral user who sends an SMS with the body of the outgoing SMS included in the email (similar to the email notification that users recevie for incoming SMS). Can this option be added through workflow builder?

  16. Currently, RingCentral requires each user to have a unique email address in order to enable Single Sign-On (SSO). This limitation prevents SSO from being enabled for users who are associated with multiple RingCentral accounts using the same email address.

    This is a common scenario in organizations where:

    A single user may manage or participate in multiple departments or subsidiaries.
    Shared service accounts are used across different teams or regions.
    Impact:

    Prevents seamless authentication for users with legitimate multi-account access.
    Increases friction and administrative overhead.
    Limits the flexibility of enterprise SSO deployments.
