Live transcription support in Zendesk
Live transcription to be automatically added to the selected ticket when answering a call from Ring Central from within Zendesk.

Edit RingCentral Custom Fields in SF
We do not use all the Custom Objects that are installed with the managed package, so the Custom Objects are taking up valuable resources. It would great if the we have the option to delete/remove the Custom Objects that are not needed, especially Custom Objects for Activities.

Office 365 presence sync to RingCentral
Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

Additional SCIM Field Mappings
