  2. We need to sync all call records and transcripts done within Ringcentral with Hubspot so all interactions appear on our Hubspot contact records. The problem I've found with all options I have found and tested is that one integration only integrates contact info and the other integration only logs calls done within Hubspot via the Ringcentral for Hubspot integration.

    We need all calls logged, even those done outside of hubspot. For example, if a client calls one of our agents directly on your Ringcentral softphone, we need it logged in hubspot but it doesn't right now. Only if the agent…

  4. Currently, it only shows the caller's name and number for incoming calls on RingCentral for Hubspot or any integrated applications.

    It would be great if we have an option to also display the dialed number/callee number if there's an incoming call to determine which phone number the customer is trying to reach if they have multiple numbers in the account.

  5. We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
    This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
    There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
    One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)

  7. I have multiple accounts with RingCentral as I'm running different companies. It is difficult to keep on top of client calls with each account as I cannot be logged into both accounts at once. Is there a way to be able to toggle from one account to another under 1 login? I have been a longtime RingCentral client and this is something I suggested years back. Can you please implement this feature within the desktop and mobile apps?

    I have multiple accounts with ring central. It is difficult to keep on track with different accounts since we are can only log into one account at a time. I believe I am not the only person with multiple accounts, Is there a way to be able to switch from one acct to another under 1 umbrella log-in without logging out of one? I am now required to get another phone in order to keep track of my phone call. If I want to start another business, will I have to get another phone, this will lead me to…

  14. A way to force the call type and call outcome upon logging a call and default these to mandatory. Corporately we are trying to capture reporting on this but because it is not forced people are skipping this step.

  18. If a call comes through on salesforce but you are not working from that screen maybe you have another tab open you can not see that there is a call coming through. Therefore to add a pop up screen for all calls.
