  2. When sending a POST to a slack webhook, it just works and there is output in the channel. With RingCentral you have to create a custom application/bot to get it working.I should be able to send a POST and have it work like slack does.

  8. It would be great if we had the ability to select between which contacts to be displayed in the embedded app (RingCentral contacts/Partner brands or Microsoft Teams contacts).

    Some users prefer RingCentral/Partner brands Contacts to appear on MS Teams Embedded App or the other way around.

  10. The more our customers leverage RingCX, they need a way to avoid web page refreshes disconnecting calls. Salesforce (SFDC) encounters a lot of random refreshes that are impacting the SFDC Agent widget when on calls (since it's just the RCX native with a skin on it). If the agent can use the embedded RCX within the desktop version of RingEX, and they can access SFDC content in-app, that would be a solid workaround for the refresh issue.

    SFDC content to access in-app includes: customer profiles, records, accounts, opportunities, etc.

  11. Most of the time, the transcription is inaccurate, making this feature unreliable. We need to enhance the accuracy by making sure the languages and accents included for the AI system are broad or expanded enough that it can detect whichever words are mentioned in the calls are transcribed properly. This will help save time and increase efficiency as we won't need to go back to the recording and listen to it just to get the correct statements mentioned in the conversation.

  13. Requesting to add the option for Call Transcription for this particular RingEX integration:

    The other option is to currently use the RingSense integration, but it is preferred to have the call transcription added to the package we currently have installed instead of opting for RingSense.

The RingCentral CRM Extension is a great start and getting it to work with NetSuite is awesome, however, it would be even better if the Transcribe and Summarize using AI was built into the plug-in itself and when it took a summary of the call using AI it posted that back to NetSuite or the CRM of your choosing. Right now, it takes both the plug-in and the either the RC Teams or the RC app itself open so when a call comes in both ring at the same time. You then have to manually copy and paste the summary…

  16. When auto provisioning users, it would be helpful to be able to select the type of licensing you are providing to the accounts based off of the group they are added to in AAD. For example:

    1. Create Security Groups "RingCentralVideoPro" and "RingCentralDigitalAdvanced" in Azure/MS365.
    • For users in "RingCentral_VideoPro" AD group, Azure will provision an account based off of AD Attributes and assign a Video Pro license.

    • For users in "RingCentral_DigitalAdvanced" AD group, Azure will provision an account based off of AD Attributes and assign a Digital Advanced license, including assigning an extension and number to the account.

  19. Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.
