Full plugin capabilities of RingCentral Teams' embedded dialer app inside of the VDI (Azure VDI) session.
RingCentral dialing features are not available to the users from within TEAMS and will not move past the SIGN IN display

MS Teams Embedded App Contact list
It would be great if we had the ability to select between which contacts to be displayed in the embedded app (RingCentral contacts/Partner brands or Microsoft Teams contacts).
Some users prefer RingCentral/Partner brands Contacts to appear on MS Teams Embedded App or the other way around.

Only Offer Teams Plugin Download After Unable to Detect Plugin
Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue. Hubspot should not show SMS delivered if it's blocked by RingCentral
Currently, SMS that are blocked by RingCentral, for example using link shortener are still showing as sent in Hubspot. We think that if the SMS is blocked then it should not show up on the record or should show up with some indication it was blocked and not received if this is possible.

Integrate with Practice Panther
It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

User Context Logging for SMS in HubSpot integration
By design, the system displays the following format after a text message is logged (either automatically or manually) through the RingEX for HubSpot dialer:
[Inbound or Outbound] SMS from SMS +16500000000 (+16500000000) to Ian Christopher Santos (+16500000000)
It would be great if we have the option to display who logged the text message, similar to HubSpot’s manual log option (Contact record > More > Log SMS), for reporting purposes.

Yardi CRM
We are implementing Yardi CRM IQ and they are having issues with call routing. Here is the note from Yardi support. "When we call any third-party number, we need a response of 180Ring, indicating the phone is in fact waiting for someone to answer. Instead, with Ring Central, they provide us a SIP response of 200 OK, which means the call has been answered even when it really hasn't been. Provisioning the Users from Azure to be added in RC Users should not require them to setup their account like creating password, PIN and SQ since they are going to login only using SSO.

Automatically Disable RC Embedded App Notifications During an Ongoing MS Teams Meeting
When an MS Teams meeting is ongoing, the RingCentral Embedded App should either turn itself to DND automatically or disable the call notification popup to avoid interrupting the ongoing meeting.

Ability to assign an activity to a user in HubSpot reports
Currently, we don't have an option to assign an activity to a user in HubSpot reports.
After creating a report to view the total number of SMS/Calls using RingCentral for HubSpot in HubSpot, it will show under the Unassigned section.

MMS | RingCentral for Hubspot
For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.
It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

Additional SCIM Field Mappings
Currently fields such as Role, Site, template are not available via the SCIM API for user provisioning. Being able to map these would add fluidity to the provisioning process and eliminate some double handling.
