Thanks for this suggestion. Remote control during screen sharing is available today, but only when both the person sharing and the person requesting control are on the RingCentral desktop app. This is because the desktop app has deeper access to your device that a browser simply isn't allowed to have for security reasons — browsers intentionally limit what a website can do with your screen, keyboard, and mouse to protect users.
Bringing remote control to the browser would require the desktop app to be updated to work with those browser limitations, which is a significant undertaking relative to how this feature is used today. After evaluating it, we've decided this isn't something we'll be building, and we're closing this request.
If remote control is something you rely on, we'd recommend joining meetings from the RingCentral desktop app rather than the browser.See Requesting and approving remote desktop control.

Would like to have a remote access feature in RingCentral Video (RCV). Don't have way to get the standalone RingCentral Meetings app. We badly need the remote access.

164 votesHello all, wanted to share this video with you, to see if it matches your needs! It’s only a minute long, but note that there is no audio. In this video, a call queue member “SZ” receives and answers a call from the Test 1 call queue. After about 10-15 seconds, you’ll see a call pop-up in the Call Queue Pickup section of the HUD. This is a 2nd call that “SZ” then answers from Test 1 call queue, which puts the first call on hold.If this meets your needs, please let us know. We have also included the KB article.https://www.loom.com/share/59599e5b02a14bb6a84fcf02560a2c68 https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Set-up-Call-Queue-Pickup-Group.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US

Would like to bring the feature back to receive calls, text messages, faxes on Apple Watch.
calls connect to another IVR after hearing the IVR greeting without pressing any option
