    I’d like to request the ability to separate the company directory for each site.

    Currently, when the “Include User in Company Directory” option is enabled, the user is published across all sites, regardless of whether site access is limited or unrestricted.

    Ideally, if a user from Site A is set to “Include User in Company Directory”, that user should only appear within Site A’s directory and not be visible to users in Site B or the Main Site.

    This enhancement would help maintain directory accuracy, improve privacy, and ensure that users only have visibility into the contacts relevant to their specific site.

    I would like to add that there are users who are part of the call queue, and whoever is the user that was rung and answered the call, their interactions will also show on the other users.

    For example:

    Call from Call Queue

    There are 5 members of the queue

    User A
    User B
    User C
    User D
    User E

    User C answered the call, and on User A's interactions, that call of User C will show in USER A. Customer would like to have the interactions of the user alone. Since USER C answered the call - USER C interactions should not be showing in USER A MY INTERACTIONS.

    Hi,

    This is also missing on this UID: 63485530007

    Since customers need to move users to different cost centers and we are talking about thousands of users here, it would be very beneficial if this option were added to their service web.

    We tried using the template, but it was not as straightforward as expected.

    Hi Team,

    Currently, mobile users (NO RINGEX LICENSE) are unable to make calls from the DESKTOP APP but can on the mobile app. It would also be helpful for the customer if mobile license holders could make calls using their desktop app.
