    Ability to dial out using an International Virtual Phone Number.
    It to be an outbound caller ID number as well.
    As per the article below it is indeed a limitation in the system.

    * Outbound calls from an IVN are metered at international rates; a local outbound call that routes into the country via an international trunk could be seen by some carriers as fraudulent - so may be blocked or the caller ID may be different

  2. The default key 1 and 2 under Presence option in Admin Portal can be edited and change for other user ext number.
