Hello Team,
The customer is requesting to show the originating caller ID even the call was transferred to another user using the Polycom phones for both warm and blind transfer.
As of this moment, the originating caller id will show up on the other extension when the blind transfer was used but if they use warm transfer it will show up the caller id name of the user extension who transferred the call.
