Need ability to re-assign task
Every day I (as the owner) get new matters that I need to deal with - I don't assign them immediately to any particular employee because I need to deal with preliminary matters first. But I create the task so I don't forget it. Now when it comes time to assign to an employee - I cannot -- YOU NEED THIS FUNCTION - the ability to assign tasks to new employees AFTER THE FACT - what if an employee leaves or becomes sick and you need to put another employee on the task, at least temporarily. Add Tasks to the Events calendar
Really like the new Week/Month Evenets Calendar but would hope to see Tasks listed there too, like it was in Classic Calendar.Also would be better if the view selection of Week/Month was sticky so that whenever selecting Events in the sidebar it returned to the most recently selected view instead of going back to the Events list every time - maybe just add a Calendar link to the left panel/sidebar that goes to that view?

Export Tasks from a Ring Central Team and Upload to a new team
We are using Ring Central Teams for implementations. Many tasks stay the same and we just need to alter due dates. Would love to be able to export a list of tasks from one ring central team chat, modify dates and then import into a new ring central chat team. Right now I have to enter each task manually over and over again for each implementation we do.

Hope to have a separate window to work separately
When I use Ringcentral to edit notes or view notes, I can't use other functions of Ringcentral at the same time. Because opening the note takes up the entire Ringcentral. If there is a message, I have to turn off the note before I can read it. I hope to use Ringcentral and note at the same time.

Icon for converting Glip Message into a Task
We have icons on glip messages for like/quote/pin/bookmark etc, but could we have another to convert into a task? The task feature set is not being used by many from my understanding.

Filter tasks in the sidebar
A long list of tasks (complete and incomplete) in the sidebar of a team is not very helpful when there are dozens of tasks. It should be possible to filter them here (complete, section, person, due date) as well as in a summary task management window.

We need to be able to reply to tasks!
In the previous version of the RingCentral app, we're able to leave message updates in relation to given tasks. This new version doesn't have that, and it makes keeping tasks organized super tricky!

Sort Tasks for Most Recent & Make Comments & Sub tasks
Previous version of tasks allowed you to sort by most recent. This is very useful.Also I dont see a way to make comments on a task.Also it would be great to have subtasks.ThanksD

Task Categories Missing in New RC Version
We are not able to see our task categories in this upgraded RC version. This makes it much less functional for us as categories were a good way to segment our tasks rather than having everything jumbled.Thanks.

Preview of the Event Details on RC App Jupiter
With the current RC App Version: 20.3.30.250 Web, 20.3.30.2377 Windows, the user has to click on the event itself to view the event details. This behavior applies to events which run over multiple days.Expected Behavior:User should be able to details (end date of the events) without having to click on the event itself.Reason:Save extra clicks.

A Group Calendar and a separate tab Calendar
Hello, actually this is an existing feature of RingCentral App. This is super helpful knowing the upcoming events or any tasks for a specific event. In our team we use this calendar for leaves.

Be able to reassign a task to a different team
When I make a task just for myself, but later on I decide that it should be delegated, it's stuck in my own "team". I would like to be able to reassign it to some other team.

Integrate tasks with cloud calendars
Add task functionality to the calendar integrations for Google and Outlook where you can have your assigned tasks visible and manageable in the 3rd party's calendar as well as the RC app. So I can complete a task in the sidebar of Google Calendar as well as the RC app

Better integration with Mac OS build-in calendar and contacts
We need better integration between Mac OSX and RC App. There should be integration between the Mac OS calendar/team events and contacts (as there is in the mobile app).

The ability to comment on a RC Note (as well as edit) was very useful. Please bring this back.

Add Custom Event Repeat Options
For instance, if I wanted to schedule an event for every week day except Mondays, I could select weekly recurrence and then select Tuesday through Friday.
