@mentions - Comment on Task Directly without leaving @mentions
@mentions - In Ring Central Classic (Glip), we are able to work quickly through our mentions by selecting the messages, which opens the task in whatever team the task is and it opens in the right hand column and allows us to comment directly on the task within @mentions without having to switch to the team the task is in. Make columns adjustable for Task view
In Ring Central Classic app, you could adjust columns and be able to see a full task in list view and also see many more tasks on one screen before having to scroll. Now I can see only see a handful of tasks on the screen before needing to scroll and if I want to read the full task I have to click on each individual task. Not conducive for greater productivity when you have to click and scroll all the time.

Screenshare Annotation / Drawing Features
When you share screens in a video call, there is only a single pencil feature for making hand drawings on the screen. This is very valuable but I really would like more options (colors, thickness, maybe some basic shapes), and also make it so the drawing you make doesn't automatically fade in ~5 seconds. These would all make visual brainstorming much easier!

Export Tasks from a Ring Central Team and Upload to a new team
We are using Ring Central Teams for implementations. Many tasks stay the same and we just need to alter due dates. Would love to be able to export a list of tasks from one ring central team chat, modify dates and then import into a new ring central chat team. Right now I have to enter each task manually over and over again for each implementation we do.

RE: "Edit Task" Window - Create a way to expand the "description" field
On RC Classic: When you open a task to edit it, you are able to click and hold a corner button that allows expansion of the field. This feature does not exist in the new app. Why it's useful: When you have a lot more information to add to a task than just a few sentences, it becomes tedious to have to scroll through the tiny window to see what I've been typing.

Need ability to re-assign task
Every day I (as the owner) get new matters that I need to deal with - I don't assign them immediately to any particular employee because I need to deal with preliminary matters first. But I create the task so I don't forget it. Now when it comes time to assign to an employee - I cannot -- YOU NEED THIS FUNCTION - the ability to assign tasks to new employees AFTER THE FACT - what if an employee leaves or becomes sick and you need to put another employee on the task, at least temporarily. Icon for converting Glip Message into a Task
We have icons on glip messages for like/quote/pin/bookmark etc, but could we have another to convert into a task? The task feature set is not being used by many from my understanding.

Change View of Tasks
My RingCentral app is always open in a 1/4 of one of my screens. Now, when I click on tasks I can see so much information that I don't need but can't see the actual task. Suggesting the ability to hide columns or change the width. If I've already filtered to see my tasks why do I also need to see the assignee as well? I've tried zooming out - which does allow me to see more... I would also like the name of the task to text wrap. Thanks

Add control for Integrated Calendar Notifications
In the RingCentral App, it would be really beneficial to have the ability to turn off calendar notifications so that entries which exist in the original calendar (Outlook, Gmail) don't send a duplicate notification in Ring Central. At this point, the only way to prevent this is to unlink the calendar (removing the ability to create meeting invites from Ring Central) or mute all notifications (making the soft phone functionality unusuable)

Ring Central really needs to integrate with a Calendar App.
I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

Admin ability to disable Calendar sync option in the RC App
Admin ability to disable Calendar sync option in the RC App. Customers that utilize O365 or G-Suite need to ability to disable the the calendar service that they are not utilizing. This would close a security gap for Enterprise customers that do not want users to able to add their personal calendars to the RC App

The task function is great but my employees forget to check tasks on regular basis so we DESPERATELY need a task notification feature. Here is how I would implement:Show notification for how many open tasks assigned to me on the left shelf task / notes / events icon. The notification should look similar to what a team/direct message notification looks like with a number for how many open tasks. It should have different colours depending on due status. Add "Sections" back to Tasks in the new RingCentral App
In the new app.ringcentral.com platform, there is no way to add a "Section" to tasks. Our small company currently relies on Tasks in app.glip.com everyday to accomplish our daily responsibilities. We create a "Team" for every client we have. Sometimes the clients need a floorplan created, or an educational tutorial, or a bid for the job. We currently create the Tasks within the client's Team, but then organize the tasks by Section, such as "floorplan" or "education" or "proposal". The different sections helps us prioritize our tasks. Add Tasks to the Events calendar
Really like the new Week/Month Evenets Calendar but would hope to see Tasks listed there too, like it was in Classic Calendar.Also would be better if the view selection of Week/Month was sticky so that whenever selecting Events in the sidebar it returned to the most recently selected view instead of going back to the Events list every time - maybe just add a Calendar link to the left panel/sidebar that goes to that view?

Bi-weekly recurrence for events in Ring Central (GLIP)
Can you add an option for recurring to be bi weekly or bi monthlyI am trying to create schedules and these schedules change every 2 weeks so I have to make them all individual instead of just once and allowing it to recur.

Schedule Meeting Using Default Mac OSX Calendar with RingCentral
Good morning,We would like to schedule meetings using our default mac osx calendar with our RingCentral GLIP app, opposed to using Office 365 or Google. When will GLIP integrate with Apple's Mac OSX Calendar? This is a very need feature we would find very helpful if implemented.

Hope to have a separate window to work separately
When I use Ringcentral to edit notes or view notes, I can't use other functions of Ringcentral at the same time. Because opening the note takes up the entire Ringcentral. If there is a message, I have to turn off the note before I can read it. I hope to use Ringcentral and note at the same time.

Preview of the Event Details on RC App Jupiter
With the current RC App Version: 20.3.30.250 Web, 20.3.30.2377 Windows, the user has to click on the event itself to view the event details. This behavior applies to events which run over multiple days.Expected Behavior:User should be able to details (end date of the events) without having to click on the event itself.Reason:Save extra clicks.
