Full Calendar in unified app to include scheduled video meetings
We have executive assistants who schedule video meetings for our executives and they can not see future meetings past the limited time line in the unified app. A full calendar that you could search, Day, Week, Month would be extremely helpful. Or add the ability to your meetings and the meetings you set up for others in the workspace calendar.

Allow On-Premise Exchange version 2013, 2016, and 2019 calendar to be connected to the RingCentral Desktop App.
On-Premise Exchange version 2013, 2016, and 2019 are supported for the RC Scheduler for Outlook but the customers are unable to see their scheduled meetings through the RC Desktop app because the only option available for calendars are Office 365 and Google calendar.

View list of scheduled meetings WITHOUT connecting to third party calendar
For those of us who use a different calendar (e.g., iCal) or those who don't want to connect third party services, it seems really silly that you can't see your list of scheduled meetings by default. Not being able to see scheduled meetings without a calendar connection makes it tricky to find the meeting in order to launch said meeting... unless you have saved a copy of the invite somewhere when you first create the scheduled event (I assume?)Also tricky to make any changes to that scheduled meeting... I don't understand how this isn't already a feature!

Task filter - Sort by "Color"
The task filter in new ringcentral app is currently not complete. There's currently no way to sort by color nor sort by section/category.

In the task window, you cannot move the side border, which is very inconvenient and prevents you from using your application.

RCV Scheduler Invite on Existing Email Thread
Whenever we schedule a meeting using RCV plugin in Outlook on an existing email thread, the invite is being added on the thread, however, it is placed at the bottom of the thread instead of the top. This causes issues because although the recipients can see the link they are not able to see the other invite details right away like the dial-in number. This issue is not happening when scheduling a meeting using the RCM plugin in Outlook. When we use RCM plugin and schedule a meeting the invite is already on top of the email thread.

RCscheduler/Outlook Add-in should offer HTML format for meeting invites
The old outlook plugin was able to use the HTML format. We would like to like to use this feature added back in for the Outlook Add-in.

Notifications: Task assigned/reassigned to me
Allow notifications (email/desktop/mobile) when a new task is created and assigned to me, or when a task is reassigned to me. And add notification number/bubble on the task menu icon.Currently, I have to have notifications for all team messages- so the sheer number of notifications drowns out important information like a new task that I need to complete.

Recurring Tasks
When creating a task, there is an option to make the task reoccuring, but it is very limited. If you want the task to reoccur on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, you can do that. You can set the reoccurance schedule to monthly, but it will only go by the date. Outlook reoccuring dates have more options. It would be great to see that in the RC Task feature.

Organize tasks in whatever priority I deem necessary. Like the original Ring Central Classic App
The old app (Ring Central Classic) allowed the user to arrange the tasks by dragging and dropping them in whatever order the user preferred. This allowed lots of great flexibility to organize tasks in a strategic way of goal setting for what is most important to least important tasks. This feature was AMAZING in the original app and is disappointing and frustrating not to have that ability. It was a major way I kept up with the priority of my tasks as well as what my team members and employees were doing first and last. Thanks for your help in…

Have an option for things to repeat every other week
There are task that have to be performed every other week. This helps allow teams to stay on track if we could get this function set up. I have been duplicating boards for the biweekly task in the classic glip. Now in the new version I cannot duplicate the boards.

Technical Capability to Move and Share Tasks to Other Windows/RC Users and For Assignees to be Tagged in Their Own Window
One (1) task is shared by multiple assignees (RC Users), several departments are contributing to fully accomplish 1 task.In the old classic app, RC Users can share/move tasks to other RC Users' windows/glip. In the new app, we are unable to share/move the tasks.Additionally, in the new app, if we are adding assignees to a task, the new assignee/s will not be “tagged” in their own RC window; hence they will not have visibility to the task, consequently increasing the probability of not seeing and completing the said task/s.Who would benefit from it?Our Clients: Promises will be fully delivered by…

Export Tasks in CSV format to be transferred to databases
It would be great to be able to move some info posted inside Glip Pro outside in a text CSV format. That way these info might be stored and used inside organization databases
