  2. Allow users to create a generic OOO message.

    Separately, they could record the time frame they will be out of the office.

    This would (conceivably) allow them to record one message for reuse.

    Example:
    You have reached the voice mail for Veronica Lee.

    I will be out of the office from [variable-Start Date] to [variable End Date].

    I you need immediate assistance, please contact the Help Desk.

    If your request requires my personal attention, please leave a detailed message and I‘ll get back to you when I return to the office.

  4. To be able to access a directory of contacts whereby the contacts are for video pro users. In this example a user contact information. The contacts should be accessible from Mitel phones, current work around is use of RC desktop app which works fine, but would be ideal to have it incorporated or sync to mitel.

  5. Remove the missed call notification when a call comes into a user when they are using a custom answering rule. When the custom answering rule is forwarded to another extension, the call logs show a missed call. Please remove this functionality.

  6. For RingCentral to add Nationwide calling to 310xxx numbers for Canada only. In the province of Quebec in Canada, there are a lot of services, like the police, public service, or companies that use these phone numbers. These numbers are always the same format ex: 310-XXXX

    currently they can disable and replace the rule but they cant totally delete the rule.

  12. hen extensions are sending a blind transfer to another user/extension the phone should say the callers caller ID not the extension transferring the call.

  13. Create a feature that allows the Ring Central app to connect to a vehicles audio system. Currently the only way to answer a RC call / connect to a meeting is to answer by physically manipulating the mobile device which is illegal in a number of jurisdictions.

  15. If Multi-level IVR is setup, it should disable call routing for the extension that has the same extension number as the IVR key press choices. Example, if 1 is pressed, the call should not route to other extensions that has 1 if customer pressed 1 twice.

  18. I'd love to have a Robust IVR menu, wherein the caller could have the option to type their postal code so they would be routed to the right people based on their location instead of having a dispatch to initially take the call.
