Longest Idle Call Queue Fix
Longest Idle currently resets when switching to DND or making any type of call. Users can manipulate this my quickly switching DND on then off AND/OR by making quick calls to remain last in the queue and avoid calls.I propose that Longest Idle's idle time is only reset by taking a Queue / External call

Marketing Tracking
Hello, we want to be able to track our incoming calls with our different marketing channels. When we set up the account we asked that we have a different number set up for each that way we can track the origin of each call. So they set it up but it doesnt seem to work with our IVR system. Call Timer Limit Notifications
It would be useful if we do have a setting that we can enable to average minute for an agent to be on a call and a notification that is enable when the agent has exceeded that time limit

Additional guest in conference call
We are using a Poly Trio C60 conference phone. This phone has a limit of 5 callers (phone plus 4 guests). Is there a different conference phone or is there a setting in our system that will allow us to have more than 4 guests on a conference call. We understand we could set up a Ring Central meeting, but we would prefer using the conference phone.

Emailed FAX receipts should show Subject line--Regardless of SUCCESS or FAILURE
Having all FAX receipts (Regardless of SUCCESS or FAILURE) show the Subject line text would help anyone viewing the receipt have a better idea of the subject matter of the FAX.

911 call routing
The client would like to have their 911 call from their RC phone to go directly to the local PSAP instead of going to first to the 911 national operator because this would cause delay with the emergency.

Unlock Premium rate numbers/Special numbers when using South Korean number
This will be useful to contact specific numbers and representing the same country number to make outbound call. This is currently not working whenever we use South Korean number to dial out to +82507 destinations.

Internal paging not putting calls on receiving phones on hold
When making a internal page the receiving phones that are on a call the call gets put on hold, this is not acceptable behavior. Also the paging phone uses 2 call buttons and to page you have to push the 1st button that was put on hold to page.

2N Intercom SIP Call
Ability to have 2N Intercom phone call two user extensions simultaneously without delay. It works with call queue extensions that are configured with two user extensions but not when the 2N Intercom is set up to ring two separate user extensions at one time.

Call Blocking Features for All Extension Types
Please consider adding the full range of call blocking features to all extension types. Currently, only user extensions and call queues have the full set of call blocking features. Limited Extensions and Message Only Extensions do not have these call blocking capabilities but they are in need of them just as much, as they are also subject to unwanted calls. Customers are being forced to use user licenses to get call blocking features where Limited Extensions and Message Only Extensions are more appropriate. You shouldn't need a full user license to block calls.

Please add volume control feature on Avaya J Series phone not allowing user to Mute the ringer.
user accidentally can disabling the Ring and causing issues, there is setting for the J phones, it is the SET AUDASYS please try implement it and test, the feature is very important.

Disable Inbound Calling on Hotdesk Phones
When a user logs into a hotdesk phone, the hotdesk phone number assigned to the device can now be called which rings the user that is logged into that device. When there is no one logged into the phone it routes the call to a default auto attendant. At minimum the phone numbers assigned to Hotdesk phones should not be able to be called.

Terrible app update made it worse
This app was trash to begin with. Constantly dropping calls, bad quality calls then the update came. Now if I need to dial a number a pop up comes up for the dial pad. This is a terrible design. Make it simple and stop trying to recreate the wheel.

Multiple prerecorded messages to leave
It would be nice to have the feature to prerecord messages to leave if a customers voice mail answers. With just a click of a button you could select one of the messages to be left with out having to stay on the line and record the message live

the reason why you can hear faxes in your voicemailbox is because both faxes and voicemails are stored in the same Mailbox
can we separate, faxes going into my voice mail box?
