  3. Feature Request: Enhanced Device Presence and Call Monitoring for Mitel 6930 IP Phone

    Current Behavior: Mitel's device presence features allow users to see the availability of colleagues (busy, idle, etc.). However, there's limited functionality for monitoring incoming calls on another user's phone.

    Desired Behavior: Enhance device presence and call monitoring capabilities for the Mitel 6930 IP Phone to include:

    Caller ID with Name Display: When a call rings on a monitored extension, the Mitel 6930 displays the caller's name alongside the number on the monitoring phone.

  6. Display modification | Minimize call information once call is answered | Cisco Deskphones

    Details : When a call is answered, the call information pop up displays on the screen and its taking up almost the whole screen. The extension numbers/name assigned to each line key cant be seen anymore and is blocked by the pop up.

  10. Like the other device types and models, such as Yealink and Polycom, Cisco 8861 should not have a long reconfiguration period when signing out and signing in with a different user.

  12. The current configuration in RingCentral allows for device names to be modified within the admin portal. However, there is a missing feature where these device names are not reflected on the switch port name, making it challenging for network administrators to identify devices connected to specific switch ports. Introducing the ability to display device names on switch port names in RingCentral would greatly enhance network management and improve overall visibility.
