  4. With all participants muted except one speaker, we would like to record the 'speaker video/audio only' for the presentation portion of the meeting. In ringcentral meetings, that is accomplished with spotlight video and then record - glip's video meeting doesn't have that option. This is a crucial option for any presentation or speaker led meeting.

  5. Currently, you can only add and move teams in/out of folders using a drop-down menu. I think it would be easier if you could just click, drag, and drop teams (and perhaps people too) into desired folders in the left-pane.

  7. We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

  8. We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

  9. When a task is marked "Complete", remove it from the tasks, not delete it. RC Classic would remove a completed task, now they all sit there with a line through it offering only the option to "delete". We use these tasks for day to day work flow and to log how tasks are worked if there should ever be a need to reference them.

Currently, when syncing the RingCentral App with Office365 Contacts, the only contacts that are pulled are from the primary contacts folder, not the subfolders that a user may have created.It would be useful to eitherProvide for the ability to choose subfolders to sync with from the RingCentral AppJust recursively look in the subfolders and sync everything within RingCentral.

  12. Hi there,We just made an internal investigation and not all of the conference call are being recorded. Why is that so? Your Facebook Support said that it isn't possible but we were able to record conference calls that we use for training. But, when we pull up other calls for other customers, call recordings are incomplete and only saved Inbound and Outbound calls. All conference or 3-way calls are not recorded.

The quality of certain faxes rendered in the RC system is suboptimal- in particular, high resolution scanned documents scanned in color, to the extent that portions of inbound faxes of this type have sections of text rendered nearly illegible, illegible, and/or not recognizable by modern OCR systems. It's a functional issue. The backdrop is suboptimal rendering of even native black text files- all text and elements look as though they were rendered on a dot matrix system from the mid 90s.

  16. Please add ring groups to call queues, it is not acceptable to make all users receive the call because they are using the app. At least make it to where we can create Ring Groups within the call queue OR to where we can forward calls from the app to another extension using the app

  17. We have common vendors that everyone should have on their phone. Everyone would have to add these as contacts manual (even if its in a bulk upload). It would be nice if there was a way to give this power to an admin and have a 'global' address book that someone load on behalf for a select user group.

  19. In addition to recording or uploading a voicemail greeting, a nice option would be to have the ability to type it and have the text-to-speech voice read it. This would allow someone to quickly update their greeting without having to re-record themselves if there are any background noises.Thank you
