    I have a large client who wants to go with Ring Central. This is the only hold back. They are required to download all call recordings off site. They have hundreds of calls per day. Bulk download of 20 is not sufficient. Please fix.

    If you’re only providing one year of storage and there’s no Buck download, how are people supposed to download the thousands of calls and move them to another platform? It sounds like there needs to be integration with aws. This is standard in other platforms

    We have strict reporting requirements and we need to be able to store call recordings for an extended period of time. The current way to download recordings one-by-one is not sustainable for us.
