For Mr Glen Swenson would like to request to have voice command/automated IVR menu, instead of keying numbers, customer will just say keywords of extension or queue and call will be routed accordingly

customer want to have speech recognition when customer is routed to their IR menu, its more convenient specially if the customer is driving.
