This is super important to us since we manage a lot of calls and agents need to park multiple calls at a time so having visibility in HUD will be extremely critical. This is available in BOC so we want the similar functionality in RC HUD.

We get a lot of calls, and it is hard to manage the parked numbers. We can't see all the calls parked so we don't know which line people are on. We need a function like RC HUD. Thank you.

this is essential to a smooth experience for our callers, many times we've had 2 or 3 calls held and we're not sure which one is ringing back to us because it wasn't picked up yet.
this makes us seem like we don't know who was holding which is a very remedial funciton in my opinion, we should always be able to know who is ringing back to us and who hasn't been picked up yet.

The parking lot is essential for us. It helps keep the calls organized and makes it a much smoother/faster process in routing the calls efficiently. We answer a high volume of calls at once for multiple different branch offices and being able to see where the calls are parked quickly is extremely helpful. It also lets us know that the call was picked up. This was an amazing feature in BOC and we would love to be able to utilize the same/ similar feature in RC HUD as well.

This is very important to us as we manage many incoming calls. Similar to BOC, this feature would allow us to easily navigate and disperse calls to the appropriate teams!

This is extremely important to us, as we answer multiple lines for multiple branch offices. We frequently have multiple calls coming in at once, and frequently have multiple calls parked. There is a huge need for us to maintain visibility in HUD to see not only where calls are parked, but also to ensure that calls have been properly handled/picked up. We rely heavily on this feature, which is currently available in BOC - so we are looking to achieve similar functionality via RC HUD.

with the call volume we have it is imperative that we have a parking lot that shows where the calls are parked and to what branch location the call came in - this is avail in BOC and we need it in RC HUD

It is a must to have visibility as there are multiple calls being handled at once with a smaller team. Having the capability to manage a parking lot will help significantly as it will allow Ops Support to be able to juggle calls without having to manually keep track of who is on hold/parked.

The time spent juggling parking spots and the times that we might grab the wrong lines or forget who is holding and why because there is no room for another parking spot notification flag makes too many opportunities for robert half to present itself unprofessionally. We need to have a parking lot and access to all of the previously parked calls so that we can see where everyone is and why. receiving 6-9 calls in a 10 minute period happens and it can be impossible to keep track without the parking lot.
