  1. Add auto text when we are not at work. I shouldn’t have to send texts to remind my patients that I’m off after 5:00pm.

  2. As of now, attachments for SMS and faxes can only be sourced from local drive/computer, which is unsecured. Unlike Direct Message/Teams, where it can be set to Google drice, computer, One drive, etc..

  3. It would be benefial if the RC system could send a text message to a single cell phone number or even a list of cell phone numbers so that when a voicemail has been left in a specific mailbox a group of people can be notified.

  6. On the mobile app & on the old web app, I would see a notification if a text message was not able to go out. On the new desktop/browser apps, there is no notification so if I send an SMS there is no way for me to know that the message did not go out. This is a problem because I think that a co-worker / client received my message & they did not receive anything.   8. Description: I wish to send an autoreply to external text messages incoming to a user's phone during non-office hours. (example "Our hours are M-TH 9-4, If you have an after hours urgency please reply with the word URGENT, and we will respond). Is there an app that will facilitate that? (I looked at the autoreply bot, but it seemed more for group messaging within the office, and also did not give instructions in how to install and use).Feel this would be useful for a multitude of users and would make RC much more valuable.

  10. when Texting, or using the keyboard for anything and a new call comes in the app minimizes the keyboard. Clearly im typing something I don’t want it minimizing every call. Happened 3x typing this message…

  11. I understand that the system will block text messages from specific numbers to a specific user phone number. However, this doesn't appear to block any numbers from the main company phone number. For example, our main line is an 888 number; all user numbers are toll numbers.

  12. I understand we have a gap-filler with textel, however, having this native to our solution would benefit countless customers. Additionally, we can address this need with RC CC but often that is cost prohibitive.Customers would be willing to pay for this as a feature add on (see agin the willingness to pay for textel)It could open up a new revenue stream and just about every customer leverages SMS today.   13. My team works in the digital healthcare field and we do a lot of telephonic outreach to engage patients in our program. When we send SMS messages and a patient replies "Stop" they receive an automatic response stating that future texts from this number will be blocked unless they reply "Unstop." We would like to be able to change or remove this response.

  14. I would love to see a search bar for texts so I can search for the last time I texted someone. I do a lot of group texts, so I cannot just pull up the individual contact to see the history. I would love to be able to search for all the group texts including a specific individual.

  15. See with having only the operator having the company text then if they are gone we have to use our line and then the customer gets our number and stops calling the main number

  16. need an option that regular user ext will be able to select numbers in the auto receptionist to use as their outbound number for sms. as of the moment we are limited to assign the number to the user ext for them to be able to use it. this gives restrictions especially if we need other user ext to use the same number

  20. I believe there must be a process where we can select few contacts whose content/data which we get over "texts" need to be forwarded among team members in a group of selective people. This way the contact need not to be harassed, if the other is requesting the same data every time and after hours team could work efficiently too on that data where they could easily comprehend the whole scenario through reading the content.Kindly advise/vote/support.Thank you
