When Ring Central forwards my texts - I am a customer of Ring Central it has an added Advertisement for Ring Central - this is ridiculous.

Want to block the unregistered SMS on the account by disabling SMS on unregistered numbers? Since the only option right now is once you block the number of incoming calls, SMS and fax will be blocked but we need only blocking the SMS only

Download and save text message strings
The ability to download and save messages contained in the text feature. I like to save certain texts as a reference, perhaps inserting into an email or other media. I've used Amazon Chime, which has this useful feature.

Retain the main number as SMS outbound caller id.
As per the customer when ever he set Customer set the main number on the drop down for sms it always change to his direct number.Actual behavior : When ever they will refresh the page or logout the SMS will set to the direct number and not with the main number that they chooseExpected Behavior : Once they have selected the main for the caller id sms it should remain or should have the option to choose the default sms.

Customization of the error message of failed SMS
Users should have the ability to customize the error message if somebody will send a text message to their number and that number is not sms capable or cannot receive text. for example, an error message can be. "This number cannot receive text" rather than just message failed because it gives a negative connotation to the company's number.

much larger video file limit in SMS
We are sending texts to our clients all the time. To personalize this, we sometimes like to instead send them a little video in which we thank them in person, introduce the company, etc etc, different themes in different videos. With just 1.5 MB limit per video in SMS, this is impossible. It would be an absolute awesome addition to our client approach and make us stand out to competition as well.

Option to delete all SMS and Internal Messages sent and received in the RingCentral Desktop App.
Currently, bulk delete is available per conversation only but the customer wanted to clear out all the SMS and internal messaging ever sent and received in one click.

Ability to add number to sms thread in progress
It would be beneficial to allow the addition of extra numbers to an sms thread, including the message history, without creating a new group text. If our CSR is messaging a customer and wants to loop in their manager it should be a simple addition and all history should be shared.

SMS Toggle ON/OFF at the the User Level
Currently there is no way for administrators to manage the individual SMS functions of their team without support. Much like Faxing to the desktop has an "ON/OFF" toggle on the user level, now that SMS is not unlimited and for other factors, administrators should be able to self manage who has the right to send/receive SMS to their RCO App. Perhaps in addition a limit to how many messages they can send without additional approval. With regulations becoming more strict as well for business' SMS this will grow in importance.

allow SMS to be seen by all users
allowing all users to see and interact with SMS messages - I own an insurance agency, so when customers text the office, it would make it much easier if both myself and my employee(s) would be able to see those messages.

Add Message like features to SMS Threads
We text our clients a LOT. To the point it can be difficult to keep track of things that have been addressed or not. Having some of the functionality available in normal Messages for SMS threads would be a huge help to manage them. I realize SMS doesn't support the interactive type features where both sides of a convo see things (tasks, events, etc). But being able to do things like Pin specific texts, Attach files to a thread, have the images tab show any images sent/received, assign a task/event (and perhaps give the task assignee visibility to the thread),…

Auto-text for unanswered phone calls
It's important to touch-base on unanswered phone calls with an automatic text message informing them of a callback or any helpful information if the person they are calling or the line itself is busy.
