  1. Prior to the newest update, when sending a new text, you would type in the number and click 'next' which would bring you to the entire text thread giving you the option to either call or text. This would also allow you to view the entire text thread. With this new update, doing the same function - sending a new text- it now has a pop up to create the text within this pop up window and 'send', NOT giving you the option to click 'next' and take you to the text thread.   5. Create a button to text a caller that you are currently on the phone with vs having to go to the texting icon and retype their phone number. Additionally, you could also have a button to text a caller a link to switch the call over to a video meeting.

  7. Right now, in your Text Messaging support, when sending a text to more than one recipient, you have a checkbox: "Create group text". I have a user type for whom I want this box to NEVER be checked. I want them to be able to bulk-text customers, but not be able to loop those customers into a shared group text. Is it possible to disable that checkbox on a given role?

  8. -enable voice recording not to type text they need to send
    -she mentioned in order for them to save time they just wanted to record the message and have it converted to text then send .

  11. For a short time, we had the ability to check a box, that appended a message with verbiage that added the OPT OUT wording (see attachment). That feature is now gone. Please bring it back! One of the most helpful SMS things I've seen and used! Please bring it back ASAP.

  15. Currently, Workflow Builder limits SMS ID to direct lines only. We propose enhancing this feature to allow the use of alternative phone numbers as SMS IDs. This expansion would provide greater flexibility for businesses with multiple phone lines or those wishing to use dedicated numbers for specific workflows.
