Email Notification for all Incidences (Service Down)
If any service going down need to get an email notification on who all enabled it, whether the impact is less or high. I have contacted RingCentral for the solution, they said if the impact is less (less than 1 hr) they will not send a notification, logically it is not the correct approach, We cannot predict the impact and how far it will affect our environment, So whenever the service going down should get the email notification. Please let me know is there any possibilities.

Requested versus Confirmed port date
The portal shows "Requested port date" in the portal, but does not update if the requested port date is changed. For example, if a port date was requested for December 3rd, but the port date needed to be moved to December 16th, the "Requested port date" would stay visible in the portal as December 3rd until the carriers confirm the December 16th port date. There should be a "Requested port date" and "Confirmed port date" in the system visible at all times. It would also be helpful if it shows which stage the porting process was in.

Do not allow other admins to make changes while another admin is already making changes
On a large account, it is counter productive to have multiple admins making the same changes to call queues or user profiles at the same time. There should be a way to ensure admins know when a change was last made to a queue/user profile, or that someone else is currently making changes so both parties are not doing the same work.

To be able to receive fax on extension when VOICEMAIL is disabeld
We have an extension that disabled the voicemail and forward calls to an external number when a call was missed. This setting is working however, the phone is ringing when there is an incoming FAX message. This is working as designed. We would like to have a setting to where a fax message should be received without ringing the phone or sending the the fax out.

Change the name of "Main Site" when multi-site is enabled
I have multiple sites enabled, but the default "Main Site" can't be changed. Give us admins the option to change the "Main Site" to something more usefule that will make it easier to know what site "main site" is.

Play Call Recording Announcement for Outbound Calls
Being a healthcare facility and having to adhere to HIPAA guidelines, we were excited to see RC have an option to automatically announce calls were being recorded when we call our patients, however, this is causing huge issues as when we dial out to an external number, we on our end hear our recording that states the call is being recorded and if we wish to not be on a recorded line to hang up. Add more Calendar and Holiday options for Custom Answering Rules
Many of our customers request more options in terms of creating logic for Custom Answering Rules, and Smart Holiday Options.
Request to add:
- Options to specify something like "The second Tuesday of every
month from 9 AM to 5 PM"
- Options to specify something like "Annually on May 10 from 9 AM to
5 PM"
- Options to "Repeat every ## [Days, Weeks, Months, Years] and end
[Never, On __ Date, or After __ occurrences)
- Option to select smart major Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving,

Request for ability to add a user extension to its own Presence settings
Many enterprise customers have multiple businesses with a Reception as first point of contact for their customers. In such cases, a call queue with a pick up group is configured, to allow agents (receptionists) to put their current call on hold and pick up another call queue call. However, this does not work when only one agent is present/ active in the queue. A single agent can be added to the pick up group, however they also need to configure Presence in their extension . I would like to have the ability as Admin to upload user profile pics which would populate across our phone system. Right now I can log in to the IP address of my phone and upload pics to the local directory, but that only displays them on my phone.

Account-Wide Holiday Settings and/or Holiday Templates
Managing the holiday hours for our locations requires us to manually enter in a custom answering rule for each company holiday for each location. For us that is over 600 manual entries and counting that need to be made each year. This could easily be eliminated by having a master holiday setting that could be applied to lines, queues, or ring groups in the account. Easily recover accidentally deleted phone numbers (DIDs)
The request is to add something like a recycle bin where delete numbers can sit for ~30 days before they get wiped from the account. Admins have to do a lot of moves, adds, changes, deletes and there is a chance that they might delete a DID by accident. There is no undo button when a number has been quickly and accidentally deleted. Phone numbers in the Recycle Bin should still have the last DID name it was assigned. Additional routing options with # or *, such as dial by name directory
Customers considering a migration from an on-premise environment are accustomed to certain functionalities. One example that is an option is additional routing options from the # or * key press within a menu. A popular and important function to replicate would be to allow these # or * key presses to link to the dial-by-name directory. A migration could more easily be considered by these orgs if they could replicate that ability on their RingCentral solution.

Universal Call ID for calls between RingEX and RCCC (and vice versa)
Many of our customers now use both RingEX and RCCC and would like to be able to have a single pane of glass to analyze calls that traverse both RingEX and RCCC. The issue is that there is no common/unique identifier that is passed back and forth between RCO and RCCC that would allow for the marrying of an RCO call to RCCC session. The request is to create a unique call ID that is shared back and forth between RCO and RCCC that can tie calls together to allow for further analysis.

Service Web: Port-In Date for Numbers Visible
When numbers are newly ported to RingCentral, the port-in date is obscured from view. This information is relevant and helpful for customers who are reconciling number ownership. In this particular example, a losing carrier is requesting payment for numbers that appear to have been ported over. Dates are required to audit.

Filter Option for Number Inventory in Call Log and Analytics
There should be a filter option for Number Inventory in the call log and in Analytics. This is to help see calls specifically made to and from the Number Inventory. Currently, the only way to do this in the call log would be to download the call log and manually filter out each number from Number Inventory. In Analytics > Company Numbers, we would have to search for each individual number from Number Inventory rather than there being a filter that would provide an overview of calls made to and from the Number Inventory
