  1. For Customer that use RingCentral Call Recording, there is no visibility on how many recorded calls they have against their 100,000 recorded call limit.
    The request is to provide something in Service Web that shows the Admin exactly how many recorded calls there are in the system at any point in time. This should also include added detail on where those recordings exist and the age.

  2. Currently, if a user leaves the company and their account is disabled, I have to go and click each call queue group one at a time to see which ones they were in to remove them. I would like a feature under "Users with extensions" where I can click on any User, and have a Call Queues tab that populates all of the call queues they are a member of, and the status selectors to each Member/Status respectively for that user.   3. Everytime a User is added to a Call Queue, they get an email about being added to that queue. This is really annoying to my users, as we're using API's to move users in and out of Queues all day.If there was a setting at the User level to prevent getting this notification, or better yet, at the queue level to prevent notifications that would be great.

  4. We have an IVR menu for after hours and find that many callers will not use the IVR and will hang up during the IVR messages. We would like to have missed call notifications so we can be proactive and call back those missed calls.

We have identified an issue with the Billing Licenses and Inventory Page of the Admin Portal where the Additional Local Number license quantity does not display Available licenses if they are not directly under the company site or in a different cost centre.This appears to be different to the results we see for other licenses and hardware, where we can view all used and available regardless of the site or cost centre the item is assigned to.As advised by our account team, we would like to request a design change so that the license inventory displays all available licenses in…

  7. Please eliminate the 10-12 secs delay in between IVR recording or have a way to configure the amount of delay before the recording repeats the same message on the IVR. Customers might hang up and think that the call got disconnected due to the long silent delay

  8. Create a visual flag or error when a role is created with the same format and title name as an already existing role. Perhaps erroring with 'Error; role group name already exists, please rename'Purpose is to help clients avoid a scenario where they accidentally create a similar role with different settings, but name it the same - causing confusion if users in the same role group have a different user experience.

Customer is looking for a way to send customized banner OR pop-up notifications in the RingCentral app, much like how RingCentral pushes banners/pop up notifications when we release a new update or feature. I will add a screenshot as an example of the banners we see!Use Case: for pushing company announcements & important information for end users to see when they launch the app. While communication like this can be accomplished via the company-wide team chat, if an end user is apart of many teams, messages can easily be missed.   12. Currently, even though a group manager can view call logs from members of his group, they must first select the extension they want to view, otherwise no call logs are available to view. Please fix the filters, so that when all extensions are selected, all call logs are available. See the screenshot attached - it shows that All extensions are selected, but nothing is visible. Please fix.

  13. Please work on adding an option in the portal's Greeting / hold music section for an option to record or TTS a message that plays as an "interruption" or break when callers are on HOLD - with a time selection of interrupt every 20, 30 , 60 sec / 2 minutes or 5.

  14. As a Super Admin I would like visibility into ALL the cases that were opened under the company I administer. Without such a view it is incredibly difficult for an admin to track the status of issues and ensure that things are being resolved as needed. Furthermore, when multiple people administer the company, there is a greater tendency of duplicating tickets and efforts.

  15. It would be a great add in Service Web or via Billing team to have the possiblity to bill each cost centers independantly. Right now invoices are made per account and companies have to ventilate on their own with the detail from this invoice.

  16. Currently, when adding a new local number to the account via admin portal there is no way to search for a specific number. Instead you must view all available numbers and refresh or go through a list.It would be more convenient to have the ability to search for a specific number beyond the area code when looking at numbers to add to the account.

  17. The ability to set a different call recording announcement for internal and external calls.Reasoning here is that internal team members already know that calls are recorded and why. Having the same call recording announcement whenever an internal call is made or when a call is being transferred internally slows things down and becomes frustrating for team members.This is particularly an issue for Redmayne Bentleys traders where time is of the essence when making these calls.

In RC Admin/User Web Portal > Reports > Call Log, Name can be associated with Phone Number, future calls from the Phone Number will now display the Name in Caller ID.This function only works for individual RC users.
