    Requesting enhancement to the call logging system to include more detailed indicators for missed calls and voicemail routing. This will allow support and end-users to identify whether a missed call or voicemail was due to caller disconnection, lack of answer, or a network/system-level issue.

    Current Behavior
    Missed calls in call logs do not differentiate between:

    Caller disconnecting before the call was answered

    Callee not answering the call within the ring timeout

    Voicemail entries do not specify:

    If the call was routed to voicemail due to user not answering

    If the call was sent directly to voicemail due to a…

  2. A recent update allows me to listen to voicemails as they're being recorded, after I send a call to voicemail, and allows me to pick up the call if desired.

    It would be nice to enable the same for calls transferred to my voicemail from other extensions.

  3. Is there a way to prevent call transfers on our ringcentral deskphones?
    I have a need to prevent a single phone from being able to transfer calls in our out to other lines.
    - we want to be able to enable/disable internal and external call transfer from our devices

  4. When on websites and come across a number that has letters in it. When I highligt the number and press F6 I get a message that the number is invalid. It would be helpful if RingCentral could convert the letters into numbers so that I can use this feature on those phone number instead of having to look at my phone and translate the letters to numbers my self.

  6. With various models of Yealink devices, customers are unable to sync their Google directory from the devices' GUI. Steps to replicate :
    - log into GUI
    - Go to Directory
    - click on Google Contacts
    - Turn on Google Contacts
    - sign in using the code provided
    - Select a google account
    Result: error message that says this app is blocked by Google
    Google advised our customers that this happens when a third-party application does not comply with Google's security standards and the system prevents access to protect data

    Please could you unblock access to Google App in the web…

  8. I want the option to be able to disable/ enable incoming calls when i want. There are times when i do not wish to receive calls, and spammer, telemarketers, robocalls keep coming in and they consume my calling credits since unanswered calls also go to voice mail which further consumes my calling credits.

    Please give us the ability to switch off incoming calls when it is not needed.

  9. Hello! I need to figure out how to change the phone numbers to follow their work hours but change with the physical phone's time zone. I have executives that travel and it is inconvenient to have to change the work hour time zones. Can you set it to follow their phone's time zone please?

  10. With MITEL, was able to do conference call with multiple people that allows more than 3 participants. When switched to RingCentral, can only do up to 3 people including the initiator. With RingCentral, call the first person, hit conference button, dial the second person, then hit the conference button again to join. Then, after this conference button disappears and there is even no option to add more person in the call.

  11. The ability to transfer a call to another user and if that user is not available the call would be returned to the original sender of that call. This way the call doesn't have to go to voicemail and can be sent to another user if necessary, or take a message in person.

  14. We need to implement the following:

    • No External Dial by Extension in IVR
    • No External Dial by Directory in IVR
    • No External Dial by DID
    • But allow internal calls and transferring external calls to the users.

    Essentially, they should not receive any phone calls from outside parties without being transferred by someone internally.

  19. If user is a SuperAdmin Allow mobile app to show all call recordings instead of only showing the users call recordings. This is helpful for managers who would like to periodically review calls while mobile to quicker be able to help their teams.

  20. Alt + A is a helpful hotkey. However, there should be a setting to make this, and others, a global keyboard shortcut (not dependent on RC App being the active window). I would like to be able to answer a call without having to change windows.
