Hide Tasks In Conversation Option
Use Tasks for assignments and not clutter up the Messages/Conversations which can be used for immediate info sharing while the tasks can be on a separate page. Notifications of Task Due can be in Messages but not the whole box. This should be an option to hide from the Messages but still have in the Task/ Calendar so that we have a choice.

Customize options in phone tab on mobile app
Currently, when you hit the phone button on the app, it brings up 3 tabs. Dialpad, recents, voicemail. Allow the ability to decide which way you would like it to be seen. for example, allow recents to be the default instead of dialpad. It allows for quick access to recent calls. it is less clicks then hitting quick contacts, then hit the person, then hit call or message.

Call handling parity on Android and iOS
As a RingCentral customer, we've noticed some differences in incoming call behavior when using Android v iOS phonesFor example on Android, incoming calls to the mobile number are prioritised over calls made on the app.My understanding is that for iOS, RingCentral have utilised the CallingKit. It would be great to see Android include better call integration.

Ability to copy images from ringcentral to other apps
Add the ability to copy images from ringcentral app to other apps like word processors.This would save time when compiling a document with images shared from ringcentral. Right now you need to download images and then add them to other apps which is tedious.

SSO for RingCentral
it’s not quite automatic. Users still have to go through a process of clicks and entering passwords to get to it when on our network.it would be easier for user to enter email or phone number(one time) and detect the appropriate authentication flow automatically so no need to enter it again when going to RingCentral

Obvious bug in the system- cannot disable user tip pop ups and they keep happening
The same user tips keep popping up even after clicking "Got it", which usually means that it wont come up again, but on your system the same ones keep popping up. Is there a way to turn off ALL non essential pop ups?

Recent Reactions in the quick menu (or customized reactions quick menu)
Instead of showing the same reactions in the reactions quick menu every, show the most recently used reactions. Either that, or make the quick menu customizable.

Option to Reach support via app
RingCentral support can be reached via phone and support site but it would be a good option to reach support from within the app.It would make it easier to have an option within the RC app to reach a support personnel to help out with any issues encountered.RingCentral mobile appDesktop appWeb App

Make Bluetooth work from cell phones
The accept and end call buttons on headsets don't work with the mobile app. These also don't work with a car Bluetooth connection making hands free operation impossible

Call pick up using RingOut feature via HUD
We use Thin Clients with a Deskphone. It would be useful for users to pickup calls from other users when not at their desks. In the HUD when a users line/phone is ringing a Call pick up option will appear. Could it be possible that this would work with the RingOut feature to push the call to the users deskphone who wants to pick up the call?

Hide/Disable Resource Center from RC App
Although the intent is to empower our users, we as a Firm do not want our users to do self-help. We want to be able to manage what our user community is able to do. We request that the "Resource Center" allow clients to control by hiding or disable the option.

Create folders for fax
It would be helpful if I was able to create folders on the fax tab to separate faxes by day month and even year as well as importance of the received fax. This will be helpful in terms of not deleting previous faxes that have been received and not printing out the faxes as we are trying to be paperless.

Please develop a "simple mode" for the new app with GUI very similar to the Ring Central Phone App (which is highly usable and robust).things like dialer, messages, favorites, hud need to be accessible with a single click.hotkey: please allow for a single hotkey to pickup calls, also, allow for calls auto answer.

Add Green, Red and Grey status to the profile icons on the right side shelf within teams

In RC App, we have green status for "online", red for "DND" and grey for "Invisible"We need orange/yellow status when the user is absent or away from his PC
