Allow Mobile app login for Announcement Only ext
Goal: Record & change announcement on the go.Idea 1: Allow direct login to announcement Only ext on the mobile app. User can then record directly from the app.Benefit: It would be very beneficial to be able to update announcements on the go through the mobile app without having to sit down by a PC & log in to change the announcement.Alternate Idea: Enable phone call in method to update the announcement. User would dial a phone number to login & authenticate. User would then be able to listen to current announcement or change announcement.

You guys need to make the app more accessible via keyboard shortcuts. Things are way too buried and should be easier to get to without clicking.

Synchronize the dial-by-name directory and the MVP contact list
Alleviate the need to maintain dial-by-name contacts in multiple places. Ensure that dial-by-name contacts are the same for callers and MVP users.

Hide Contacts from RingCentral Contacts List
I'd ike to be able to hide some accounts from the contacts list, within the RingCentral desktop app. For example, we have an account assigned to someone who hasn't started working yet. For now, I don't want them to show up within the Contact List.

Company Directory Control enables admins to take control of the company contacts shown on employees' clients. Single Sign-On for Support Site
Signing onto the Support.ringcentral.com site to get anything done is a true hassle. You go to the site, click the link to log in, then when you click on the My Cases link, you are told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in again. Then, once you are viewing your case list, when you click on a case to view that case, you are again told "It looks like you're not logged in" and you have to log in FOR A THIRD TIME! Add way to link a task to a specific Voicemail
It would be great to be able to assign/forward/make notes on a specific voicemail so that once you listen to it, you can tie an action item/team member/date/task to the actual voicemail. Currently adding tasks/messages/notes among team members seems confusing. Sometimes they only belong to you, other places they go to the team, but there is no way to follow up with a specific VM or client.

Ability to see upcoming meetings beyond 3 days
After this recent upgrade over the past week (October 13, 2021), the Desktop version lost the ability to see your upcoming meetings beyond 3 days. I often schedule meetings well in advance and like to see them on the internal RingCentral application list versus being forced to go out of the app to the RingCentral Webpage to see future meeting schedules. I do not know why they discontinued having the upcoming meetings on the list.

Template for Intercom and Presence setting
Whenever there's a new user, the admin will need to configure the intercom and presence one by one. IT will be helpful to just apply a template for it.

Make it easier to turn off AutoNumbering (or make it user preference)
In the new RC, anytime you enter 1. it starts to autonumber.I can see how this might be useful, however its incredibly aggravating to turn off or disable when you don't want it. I haven't found an easy way to do this. Regardless, its a HUGE struggle when you're trying to type something that ISN'T a list, but Glip is insisting it is a list.Can you please make this easier to turn off?Or maybe assume that if something is preceded with [code], I'm not going to want to auto-number?

Be able to log the reason for a call
When a call ends it would be useful if the call agent was able to select from a list of categories to log what the call was about. This could be customisable from company to company and would be very useful for reporting what percentage of calls relate to what reason.

Call forwarding options when using the Apps (Via Presence or Call Handling and Forwarding)
Since everyone is working remote due to the pandemic, it's difficult to have calls ring on the apps and pick up a monitored line that receives calls.It would be great if, just like the phones, it would also ring the apps (both PC and Mobile) when the monitored extension is receiving a call. Or if it is difficult to do so, at least be able to select the apps on both PC as well as Mobile as call forwarding options on the Call Handling and Forwarding section of a separate extension. Cut down on video processing time
I created a test video that I recorded and it was about a 30 second video. It is still processing and it's been about 30 minutes so far. I was able to record a similar video with Snag It and that was a 10 second video and it took seconds to process.

Text and Contact organizing
In my specific role, I send a large number of texts every day that correlates to a set of contacts. Right now they just appear as an endless stream of texts. I would have the option to organize these into folders by date. This would allow me to easily access who I have reached out to and would let me organize them to easily access in the future. I believe having the option to organize contacts and texts and even calls into folders would be invaluable to all departments

Outbound Caller ID Drop-down Alphabetical
Allow the outbound caller ID drop-down to be sorted alphabetically. It is this way in the mobile app but not the desktop app.
