  2. It would be terrific if an integration with Archive Intel could be better than SMS archiving only. It would be nice to be able to have them be able to archive all teams messages, faxes, and other communications. The SMS archive is already great.

    Posting this as customer complain.
    They were just surprise that after the software update (RC app) that all users automatically been log out of the RC system. which was not advise on the software update to set their expectation

    They want to include this as disclaimer in the future so that this will not puzzle them

  6. Customer wanted to have an option to set-up a Shortcut key on the RingCentral app to enable the AI notes and to have an option to update the F6 hotkey to make a phone call since the customer is using the F6 shortcut key with another application.

  9. When presented with RingCentral new features, the pop-up remains on the screen without a way out of it for minutes at a time. Users should have the option to opt-out rather than turning off New feature tutorials settings from the RingCentral app.

  10. Hi,
    We use RingCentral plugin in Salesforce and while calling/texting from there is great, the only option we get is to manually post notes when done.
    It would be great if AI Notes worked in the plugin the same way as the app.

  11. Add sessionID or RingEX callID as a parameter option in"Launch an external app or website".
    I like the option to launch an external website, and we already use this in RingCX, we can pass the UII in RingCX to map the call back to the call detail easily using the UII.

    RingEX does not have a similar function since it only allows you to pass customer info like phone # and name. If the agent talks to the customer multiple times it can be more difficult to map it back to the correct call record.

  13. It will be very useful if the user extension can accept multiple calls.
    Call waiting feature should able to answer or handle multiple calls not to limit for two calls at the same time.

  16. If the voicemail is extremely short (2 seconds or less), our company occasionally receives bothersome bot calls that leave voicemails of that length. We would like to have an option, either from the user or admin side, to enable or disable this behavior.

  17. RingCentral (RC) Android app call audio ALWAYS goes to my smartwatch first. I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 7 Pro. Fully patched phones and apps up-to-date.

    I have the RC app on both phones.

    Audio for ALL calls to and from my RC Android app automatically switch to my Bluetooth watch (Galaxy Watch 4). The watch does not have its own cellular service.

    I need to enter the app and tap the Audio icon to select Speaker or Phone, in order to get the audio off the watch.

  20. Allow a key press or any Command for Direct Voicemail Routing of a user extension. For example, I want to leave a voicemail to a user extension by using command on dial pad without dialing the extension and waiting for the call to get connected or be answered.
