  1. Call queues are almost useless if members can't access the messages. We may have 100 messages over a weekend, Either I have to give a receptionist Admin permissions so he/she can access the voice mails or they have to sit on the phone for an hour taking messages. I am amazed that this isn't standard. How do people deal with this?

  2. We need to a few more fields in profiles. We need a fax fields and a emp id field. to have custom fields would be amazing.!! I could get rid of the of our Master company list (spreadsheet) if we four more fields! I am sure this would benefit other customers as well. And its low hanging fruit....

  4. This would allow us to launch external applications at the time of incoming call in the same way that we do when using the Phone app. Things like screen pops with additional information from our CRM can be initiated with this functionality.

  5. When scheduling a conference from the web portal it produces based on the home country invites in a non E.164 format. Which is causing issues when international attendees are trying to attend a conference - as they are not aware of the country code to to dial as a prefix. As a result, participants won't be able to join the conference.

  7. I work for two different companies who both have RC Office 2-99. I am an admin for both and receive messages and calls from both all day. I use a Chromebook (Chrome OS) with a Plantronics headset to facilitate VOIP calls and RC video meetings. Currently, I have to log out of one and into the other throughout the day. As a workaround I have one active on my Chromebook and the other active on my iPhone. It's not a great solution, and barely manageable.   8. Because when I use my 2nd line to dial out so that my main line is open for incoming calls I have to look up the client and get their number or double enter all of our clients into both accounts, lot of extra time and work .

  9. I often refer back to past chats with colleagues and it is very difficult to scroll through the messages with precision using the app (Windows version). First of all, unless I am in tablet mode, it is very hard to grab the scroll handle so you can scroll backwards and forwards. It is never where you left it either. If I move my cursor away from the app and immediately back into it, even if there were no new messages introduced in that split second, the scroll handle would move back up higher on the vertical scroll control.Second, when you…

  10. Presently people can jump in and out of the call queue. Sometimes some users forget to turn it back on. We need a way for managers to be able to monitor who is in and out of the call queue to ensure that everyone is able to process incoming calls.

  11. If you want to use Microsoft outlook (not outlook 365), the scheduler keeps defaulting to "meeting info" . This happens in particular, when you do not have Outlook 365 or Google calendar conduit/mangaged calendar intergated. This causes for a bad user experience having to always change the defualt setting.

  12. I don't have any Company contacts, but I do have Personal contacts. I would like to have the page open with Personal as the default so I don't have to remember to do that each time I need a contact.

  16. To personalize each employee's experience, if numbers could be added to Presence/preset numbers on their desktop phones, it would streamline the process of dialing the same numbers every day - even if the admin hasn't added them as a company contact.

  17. I need all of my business lines to ring as the operator because I am not always available but I also need to be able to text from my main company number. The message needs to play when a customer calls my company so removing the option to press 0 for the operator is not an option for me.

    1. Events should be easily copied from one date to the next. Can't do that at all now.2. Events should be allowed for bi-weekly scheduling. Now you only have monthly weekly, daily options.
