  1. Please add a ringtone and/or notification for team pick up calls on the GLIP App. This would then allow the users to see when and who is ringing their colleagues number at the time.

Another feature that may be included in this is an option to allow a "Text" message to just come from the main number, so clients don't become confused by all the various phone numbers associated with our office. Please add this feature for texts, so it matches the main phone # associated with our business, to come from one source number to keep client confidence by not having to text from a bunch of different numbers creating confusion, and distrust by reaching out from all these different numbers with each different extension.   3. Currently on dropdown menu in RingCentral App, where you select which number to call from, both your personal line and any call queues you are in appear as "Direct". Could the Call Queue lines appear as "Queue" to help users differentiate their number from that of the Queue number.

  5. JIRA urls have parentheses in them sometimes, but pasting this into Glip produces hperlinks that don't work because Glip thinks the final parenthesis is theirs. Please figure out a way to not break the link when it contains its own parens

  9. Or any faster way (like drag-drop) to create a large team without having to type every name/adress. And it's really difficult to know who you already added since the name is not greyed when you typed a name.

  10. If "Take message" is not enable, when they have the option o transferring the caller to a group or to disconnect the call. Obviously discounting the call is bad customer service, however transferring to a group is not always the best option. WE would like another option added which will allow the called to be transferred to the staff member that first transferred the call

  11. There should not be a limit of 60 text message lines on the desktop when the phone app is not limited. They should match for seamless transition at any time. This is a very annoying but simple problem to fix.

  13. Hi, It would be helpful if we have the ability to enable SMS feature for New Zealand numbers. It will be a big help if users can communicate thru SMS with their clients in New Zealand using their New Zealand number as SMS ID.

  14. Use case: When I am looking at my @mention feed, I am forced to see all my @mentions, including ones that I've already addressed. Then I have to comb through to find the ones I actually need to take action on.Possible solve: Allow me to X out or say "read" for each, and those would disappear from that feed. Then there could be a second view of that feed that includes all - you could toggle between "Action Needed" and "All."

  15. When messaging in glip, if both parties have messaged each other a lot within a given timeframe, then glip pops up a suggestion to have a call immediately instead. If both parties are happy to do so, it immediately connects a call. Hopefully increasing productivity and the chance to speak to a face too

  17. It would be nice to have an option within the service portal for administrators to export, or at least generate a report, configuration data. As it stands today only the Users have an export option and it doesn't export everything. Data export for Users, Limited Extensions, and Phones would be very helpful when looking to see if everything is configured the way we want it and for inventory purposes.

Apparently, on September 1, 2020, RingCentral removed the ability to apply custom rules for users in queues.https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/11205-Call-Queue-Overflow-Call-Handling-Behavior?language=en_USScenario:User is assigned to an intake call queue. User needs 30 minute scheduled downtime at the same time every day to not take calls. We create a custom rule to send any calls to that user from 10am - 10:30am to the Queue for the next available agent to pick up. Issue:Because of the new update, the user can no longer receive calls from the queue at any time using the Desktop App.Resolution: We have troubleshot this with Support for upwards of 7…
