Non-Ring Central Numbers Added on Presence
To personalize each employee's experience, if numbers could be added to Presence/preset numbers on their desktop phones, it would streamline the process of dialing the same numbers every day - even if the admin hasn't added them as a company contact.

Allow the operator extention to be call queue
I need all of my business lines to ring as the operator because I am not always available but I also need to be able to text from my main company number. The message needs to play when a customer calls my company so removing the option to press 0 for the operator is not an option for me.

RC app Events feature enhancement
- Events should be easily copied from one date to the next. Can't do that at all now.2. Events should be allowed for bi-weekly scheduling. Now you only have monthly weekly, daily options.

Ability to change Visibility settings for Folders
Now that Glip offers personal folders, I want to be able to set, on a per folder basis, whether I see all channels or only unreads or only unread @ mentions. For instance, in my favorites, I want to see all the Glip teams all the time, but maybe under my "junk glips", I only want to see "unreads"

Breakout Room Features for Chromebooks and iPads
We would like to have the breakout rooms features updates to the chromebooks and iPads 9.0 and HIGHER. We have ios 14 at this time and we need the teachers to have the features on the other devices.

Allow saved settings profile.
I notice that between logging off or using more than one style Ringcentral app; that the setting sill revert to a default. Toggle for headset controls turns off after logging back in as an example.

Update profile picture without having RC messaging
we have messaging disabled (because we use MS Teams) and cannot update profile pictures. The request is to have the ability to update the profile picture number without using messaging to do so.

Hide folders in Show Unread state
The toggle for showing only unread messages is great, but when you also have folders for organizing teams, it gets very weird. If you toggle to Show Unread, the folders still show. You only want to find the unread messages, but you might feel like you need to click on the folders. If you do, there's nothing in there (granted, you could look for the unread count number that isn't there). But now that you've clicked on the folders, they'll be alternatively closed and open when you toggle back into Show All mode. Do you see how that causes a…

Kanban for tasks
Kanban (To-Do, Doing, Done or more) view option for tasks, making it easier to follow and manage. Quite like Trello but all in one app. That would be awsome!

Ability to customize contacts list view
The contacts list columns are not customizable. The current design is limited to display contacts by first and last name, only, with phone number displaying below the name. I'd like the ability to customize the view so that I could display by company name with company representative's first and last name also displaying as well as phone number. For those of us whose clients are other businesses (e.g., I have a bookkeeping service that caters to small businesses), this is a better way to view the contact list. Allow the RC app to provide troubleshooting steps
RC app users on any platform should be provided basic steps to try resolving problems.Or a pop up that will allow the users to know what could have caused the problem on the app.Ex. 1. Lost internet connection, possible troubleshooting Step is to restart/reboot the device2. App unresponsive or have stopped working, possible issues with the CPU usage, troubleshooting step close the app and all other application running on the device.

Allow RC App Video Meetings from Synced Calendar to join/launch Microsoft Teams meetings directly from app like zoom, gotomeetings.
Zoom, gotomeetings and RC Meetings allow users to hit "Join" button from the RC App but it only gives Team meetings the option to Dial in.It would be great to be able to launch teams meetings with Video Meetings tab from our synced calendar .

Ability to disable "Announce Yourself" for merged calls
The previous app version did not have this and the ability to quickly merge calls was easy and convenient and important to my business. The new step adding the prompt asking to announce yourself to a call I've already started and made the call to a specific individual is unnecessary and frustrating as the user and the party joining the call. I understand this option for a conference call where you have multiple people joining the call but that's why there's a Conference Call number to dial in.

Josh is using Canon Webcam Utility for RingCentral for RingCentral Desktop app but it doesn't recognized. If you could add Canon Webcam Utility as recommended webcam for RingCentral Desktop app that would really help our clients.

Microsoft Teams is set as priority for Mic Permissions
When Ringcentral and Microsoft Teams are running side by side, Ringcentral desktop App will have errors asking users to allow microphone access. Not sure if this is something that could be fixed on the Ringcentral side.

Toggle rollover Pop-Up on numbers in RC App
The pop-up you get over your mouse when rolling over a number in the RC Application can be annoying. It prompts you to 'Call, Text, Add Contact' and most people don't utilize that. a Toggle Option would be appreciated.
