It would be very helpful to have an option to assign sound notification for new voicemail messages in the application so that the customer can be alerted.

Could the "accept queue call" status be visible on all pages of the RC app or permanent visible
We have noticed that many of ours users do change the option of the call queue status to do not accept and move it back to accept. But it happens also that they change to Do Not Accept and forget about that status and sometimes till days after notice that they do not get que calls.Therefore it would be a good idea to show the status permanent on the RC app Maybe on all app types but for sure on desktop app.

Adjustments to allow pop out the Extension HUD to the middle blank space or return back to the previous look. With the new look, it seems that we can use the middle lank space for the dial pad, messages and videos but Not the HUD extension list anymore.

Add the ability to set statuses, especially DnD, for a specific (short) duration
Quite frequently, after I have set Do Not Disturb to work on a task without interruption, I discover in the middle of the following day that the day had been so peaceful because I forgot to reset my status back to Available.On other UC applications, it is sometimes possible to set statuses - at least Do not Disturb - for a specific duration - like 1 hour, 2 hours, both of which are useful to cover e.g. lunch breaks, or 4 hours to cover whole mornings or afternoons, Today, to get one day of peace and be available on the…

Allow for look up of existing speed dials
Our company was set up with 3-digit speed dials for some of our affiliate locations. The current Ring Central app does not allow us to "look up" or view these speed dials. As such, the user has to know the 3-digit code for the specific location in order to use it. Ring Central App ring even if phone is on silent
I take after hours call. Before switching to RingCentral the calls came through a specific number which I had set up as "emergency bypass", allowing my phone to ring even when on Silent. When I go to sleep I do not want my friends to call me and the ringer go off and wake me up but if my patients are calling through ring central I want it to ring and wake me up. display queue name for internal numbers in RC app missed call history
Queue names are not displayed in the missed call history for internal numbers on the RC app. They are displayed for external numbers in the RC app, and for both internal and external numbers in the service portal and desk phone history. It would be helpful to have all call history views be the same across all devices.

A busy tone to be played if call waiting is deactivated
If "call waiting" is disabled and we configure an Announcement for the "No answer setting", the second caller will hear a disconnection tone. This is confusing because it gives the caller the impression that the number is not in service. It would be good if the beep tone is changed with a busy tone
