Searching contacts via department
Would it be possible to enable a method for users to find contacts via the department? Our users all have their department information in their profile, enabling search via department would allow users to reach the right department/person when they may not know an individual’s name.

Add external push to talk button for push to talk option.
Ring central added a PTT function but not the ability to use an external PTT button. It’s cumbersome to have to open the app in order to talk especially in a medical practice.

F6 to dial on Teams Desktop Plugin
Jupiter has a feature where you can highlight a number in any application and press F6 to dial via Jupiter. We should extend this back to the Teams Desktop Plugin so that it works with the Embedded App 2.0.

MSI installer with Auto-Install Print to Fax
-admins can implement/deploy the RingCentral app and it would automatically install Print to Fax-currently, they have to click on Install to get the Print to Fax feature (settings > phone > Fax > Install for "Print to Fax")

Attach File in RingCentral App using company-wide Google Drive global account
Customer wants to setup their Google Drive settings globally for the entire organization in the Attach File option in RingCentral desktop app. Customer can setup the attach file using Google Drive individually but not globally for the entire organization. Thank you.

Remove the primary number on SMS for the super admin account and use company number only
For ease of use at my 2 front desk computers and for our members to not receive texts from several numbers, we prefer to keep all texting under the company number

Exception to dial out one specific international number without giving agents access to international calling.

Desktop App Specific Permissions
I would like to have the ability to remove certain permissions for some users in the desktop app only. For example, there are some users we want to be able to use the meetings/RCV feature for online meetings, but not be able to call or text from the app. I would also like to remove access to fax, Apps, Messages, Workspace (tasks, calendar, etc.) as there are some features that we use other platforms for and do not want available to our users.

Ring Central Call Quota Count
A user of ours asked if there is a way to turn off the part in Ring Central Max that shows users how many calls they have taken from queue, due to said users not taking calls after they hit their monthly quota. Would like a way to either block users from seeing this or turning it off altogether.

The ability to automatically save received photos on the RingCentral App
The customer would want to have an option where they can automatically save received SMS/MMS that includes photos instead of having to download them one by one. Currently, their business requires sending and receiving pictures. It would be helpful for them to have a save button on the RingCentral App

Add Search Feature for messages
Our company uses a private team to share ideas about work and communicate to each other. Ideas or points are shared - it would be very help full if a search feature were added to find these items. Sometimes these points are not pinned so searching back days or months is very difficult. Another idea would be add a search feature by date. So if an idea or example was addressed at a particular time then it would found easier. IE - tax information around tax deadline in April.
