  2. I have installed RingCentral application in salesforce and its working fine i can make call and send messages to contacts, leads or accounts. From salesforce I can see the names of contacts, leads or accounts from salesforce who i had conversation or whom i have called or who is calling or texting me. But when I install the ring central app in my mobile phone i cant see the names of contacts, leads or accounts who are calling or texting me so is there any way i can get contacts, leads or accounts names in my ring central mobile application.

  4. I am preparing my organization of 200 users to migrate off the RC Meetings Zoom platform. We need everyone on the version 23.x of RC to ensure they have a good experience with RCV. I have other tools which tell me I have many different versions of RC Phone, RC Meeting, RC app veersions 21.x, 22.x, etc. I would like to have a way inside the RC portal to see what versions are installed so we can take remedial actions to get everyone upgraded.

  5. I tested the texting service to one of the numbers on our inventory( inactive), but it looks like it just goes through with no error message letting the customer know that we would be able to receive their text. I think it'd be helpful to get a text back with an error message.

  8. Please make the play button in the Inbox for the Voicemail much larger, as large at the phone and text buttons. I cant tell you how many times I have gone to this Inbox to LISTEN to a voicemail and I end up calling the number instead because I assume the phone icon plays the message. Having to search for the play button under the phone number doesnt make sense.

  11. For the ability to store, archive, record in another software package, it would be great to be able to Select multiple text messages and copy them (along with name and timestamp), using the same interface where a user can select and delete/forward messages now.

  13. Every day I switch between the same custom statuses. Rather than using generic 6 that are shown, I would rather it saved my last 6 that I used or accesses after initial use. This is a convenience thing with not having to type the same thing each time I change my statuses back and forth and choose custom emoji to match. I never use the generic status options so this would save a lot of time throughout the day!!!

  16. SMS can be backup to a third party cloud system such as iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox and ect. This is for them to retrieve it just incase the system or accidentally deleted the SMS

  19. Instead of live monitor (listen) to a call, it would be great if you could monitor (listen) to all calls from a user instead of "dial in" to each call. The use case is, that we have coaches who listen to our calls from our users e.g. one hour. Currently they need to "dial in" in every call individuell. If the could "dial in" just in the beginning and then listen to all calls until they disconnect would save a lot of clicks and missed beginnings of conversations.

  20. A button to stop the recording is currently available on the delisted RingCentral Phone app. This feature should also be available on the unified new RingCentral app as this is beneficial for callers that request to mask or stop the recording during a point of call.
