  4. Incall queue, normally it shows the name of the person who blind transferred the call. The customer wants to show the number of the caller.

  5. Customer would like to received group sms message from external number. Customer received text message from external number with no issue. However, if external number send it text message to multiple RC number is not being received.

  6. In virtualized environments (VDI) an autostart option is required to control the autostart escpecially in environments with limited ressources. Please enable provide an option/parameter for an admin to control the behavior. When the admin manages the setting, the user should not have the option anymore to change this.

  7. Jupiter has a feature where you can highlight a number in any application and press F6 to dial via Jupiter. We should extend this back to the Teams Desktop Plugin so that it works with the Embedded App 2.0.

  8. It would be best if the attachments also show when the fax fails when sent via the app. It seems to just work when sending faxes via the admin portal.

  11. In the mobile app, users are able to see and access Paging Group Contacts under the Other tab. You can then click Page announcement and make a page. There is also an option to "Add to quick contacts". This works and shows up on both the mobile app and the desktop app, however you are unable to use the Contact in the desktop app. There is no way to easily create a simple way to page. There should be a better more direct way of accessing the message only ext for example (88message only ext ) or something then they get promoted by a pin and then can access the voicemail after that and that should be done whilst the user is logged in with their account without the need to log out and log in with a message extension only account.

  15. So, I am also able to replicate the issue on my end. It seems to be specific to Samsung phones or maybe android in general, but we have been able to test with Samsung and iPhone. When a user tries to transfer a call using the mobile application via the keypad option the call is dropped. I made the same test call from the desktop application and the call transfers no problem (transfer to external line in my testing).   18. Emergency Location keeps popping up whenever starting the RC applications on the computer/desktop. We'd like to check if it's possible to incorporate the emergency location settings (like options to keep the address as is and won't be asking to confirm whenever opening the apps). This will lessen the hassle from the customers' part.

  19. I would also suggest adding 15/30 second jump forward and backward functionality as well. While I'm at the wishing well, I'd also like to see the playback control radial with a little more detailed control. If the recording is over 15 minutes long, moving the radial a fraction can jump 6 minutes ahead.
