  1. There currently is no click to dial feature on iphone devices. this is a major problems for mobile technicians who are trying to dial a call while driving. it is extremely inefficient and dangerous to try and type out a phone number into the app while driving. This feature works on Ipad and Android devices but not on iphone which is a major problem. Please implement a fix so that when i click on a phone number in the phone it pops up with the option to dial from ringcentral

  3. Apparently, you will only know the recipient on the MDE if the recipient replied to the message by checking the Glip ID but if the recipient didn't reply you will only see who sends the message <creator ID> but there is no information to whom he/she sends it.

  4. We had a feature (at least in the windows version) that paused all music and media if you answer a call. This is no longer an option and would be very useful to not have to manually pause my music when i call comes in so i can answer.

  5. I receive a lot of empty voicemails where people don't leave messages.Please add an option to RingCentral not to notify the user of these, and instead auto-delete these voicemails.

  6. Whichever app is used, IOS / Android or a PC, the location that calls are being from should be prominently displayed. Not popped up somewhere, but displayed in the app. Not doing so users could forget to update and calls to 911 showing up at the wrong location. Important when seconds can count... Sure, they read that pop up or email warning them about it... But if the app indicates the location name, it will help minimize this potential risk to an organization.

  7. SCIM initial sign-on for new users on different plugins for RC works fine. However, the teams plugins require the user to be activated/signed on to RC before being able to log in through there. SCIM is there so that the user is able to get their credentials off of AD, but the teams plugin does not allow this

  8. When two people are on hold and I need to get a third perrson, I get an error message saying you have reached your limit for simultaneous calls. Meaning i cannot have two calls on hold and call another.EXAMPLE:A call comes into Assistant A for Agent A & B. Assistant puts the call on hold and grabs Agent A and when she tries to grab Agent B, she receives an error message below:Can you not have more than 2 calls on Mobile? Works perfectly fine on DESKTOP APP.

  10. I currently receive calls from team members and from all incoming calls to the sales department to my desk phone. I also receive all chats from team members to my desktop RingCentral program. The problem I have is I do not want to receive all of those to my phone on the mobile app since I’m just sitting at my desk anyway. What I would like is to have the ability to set it so I only receive calls and texts from team members to my mobile app so I can get alerts when I'm away from my desk or…

  14. Please add 159 to RingCentral dialing plan so we can dial it directly from the RC App. This 159 number is critical to the business as 159 is a short-code phone service that connects people safely to their bank's fraud prevention service.

  16. The customer would like to have the access to change details such as profile picture on the RingCentral application of their user extension without logging out and in from his user extension. It will be more convenient if they will have an easy access for that kind of changes within user extension without knowing the password credentials of their user extension

  17. I work in a help desk capacity and I think an extremely useful feature might be a toggle for Auto DND mode while computer is locked. I primarily answer calls on my computer and would like to be able to step away from my desk and return without having to set my presence. It would have to also restore available presence when computer is unlocked as well, assuming presence was set automatically and not manually.

To have the options to apply these configurations:1) prevent the application from prompting unprivileged users to initiate and update that they cannot apply.2) trigger the application of an update in a non-interactive manner from a privileged account such as a script run by a mobile device Management platform.
