Report to show RC Desktop Client Usage aka Logins (Analytics)
hello! I would like to understand if there is any report available in RC Analytics or on the backend that could show us the number of users who never logged into their RC app, potentially along with their RC desktop client software version. I'm speaking here only about the desktop client not the web-based version. Thanks!

Attached recorded calls on a task without downloading the recorded calls on PC
Since the recorded calls are already available on recordings tab on RC app, why not give an option for it to be shared to guest, want to create task assigned to a guest account then attached call recording without downloading it.

Show department in contact under company contacts initial screen selection list
Please add a feature to show the users department/title in the initial screen contact list. In larger companies not all users know each other. It would be helpful to scroll through the list to view a person's title for example manager or sales person etc.

Enable option to limit a specific RingCentral app notifications
The customer wants to limit RingCentral app notifications. He only wants to disable call park notifications even if he is added as a member of a call park and still continue to receives other app notifications.

Access to personal contacts during a call transfer
During a call on the RingCentral application, when the call needs to be transferred to someone else, only the Company directory is available to search in. There is no access to personal contacts or any other group. Please add the ability to transfer calls to other groups other than the Company directory.

Option to shorten the RC Webinar Invitation Link
At the moment, the RC Webinar Invitation link is too long. It'd be great to have the option to generate short URL.

Forwarded calls are recorded in another user's log
It would be beneficial if the forwarded calls were also recorded in the history log of the user who received the forwarded call so they can also check the contact details of the caller. This would be especially helpful when we've set up a main phone number for our clients to call so the team with their own phone numbers could have an equal opportunity to answer the main phone number's calls, and that they don't have to log in to the main phone number's RingCentral app to check the history log.

access Message only extension from the User account via RC app
There should be a better more direct way of accessing the message only ext for example (88message only ext ) or something then they get promoted by a pin and then can access the voicemail after that and that should be done whilst the user is logged in with their account without the need to log out and log in with a message extension only account.

add M365 sharepoint libraries as a file sharing option within RCapp - these behave differently than onedrive (which doesn't have a worki...
...ng integration weblink to set btw). Many organizations use Sharepoint libraries or MS Teams created fileshare that behave differently that OneDrive (which also uses sharepoint but in a different way) -- Sharepoint is for groups of people so linking it to teams/groups in RCapp would enable better collaboration especially where the Teams embedded dialer is use and the RCapp is used for DR purposes

Option to integrate Yahoo's calendar and Contacts to the RingCentral app.
We currently have the option to link the contacts/calendars from Google and Microsoft (Exchange and O365) and having the option to connect our Yahoo ecosystem would be a huge convenience for the many who use it.

Generate a Report of User Softphone Version
It will be helpful for an Admin to have a section in the web portal that allows him to see what softphone version a user is currently using.

List incoming call in the history while it is ringing
It would be ideal to list the call while it is ringing on the app instead of listing it in the call history after the call is disconnected, hung up, or missed.

I hope they will add a button to press and the number of the spam caller will go to the blocked list. Instead of adding it manually in the admin portal or desktop app

Grouping Contacts within RingCentral App
There needs to be an option to group contacts within the RingCentral app. This allows users to send specified texts to the contacts in the group, instead of just creating a group text. The groups can be labeled to better organize the conversations.

Hold and Transfer on main screen
Hold and Transfer should be on the main screen instead of a sub screen. Those actions are used often, it makes sense to put them on the main screen
