Adjust wording within RingCentral Desktop/Web App for setting Voicemail Greeting
Currently, when going into adjust voicemail greetings within the RingCentral Desktop or Web app, the user is given the option to "Record" only with seemingly no option to upload a pre-recorded file etc like they do within Service Web. Clicking on "Record" however does then pop-up a new window where you can record and upload, but is currently very confusing for users from a UI perspective and could be labelled clearer, i.e. "Record/Upload" or "Edit Voicemail Greeting".

Call queue custom rule where people calling the line are automatically put on hold
I want to create a rule where people calling my line are automatically put on hold (not incoming) after hearing our welcome message. I can have multiple callers at a time and can't always answer the call to put them on hold, but I don't want to miss their call. We are a live show.

manager role should have access to multi sites set up and multi site reports without creating custom roles
it would be easy for managers to create reports and read analytics if they have access to multi sites, concern ending in creating a custom role for managers to have access to analytics reports on all sites involved

Allow people to be added to my contacts after sending me a text message with the word subscribe.
I would like people to ba able to text message me with the word "subscribe" so that they can be added to my contact list as well as giving me permission to start sending them marketing text messages.

Shared Contact List with all users
We are one company with all the same client contacts. Ring Central should make a solution for sharing a contact list that would be global to all users. Clients are added and phone numbers updated in one place to be shared across all users. This improved efficiencies in a company, and seems like it should already be a standard feature

Multi user capability within the mobile app
With our current franchise setup, we have some managers & owners that operate multiple locations. If they were able to swap between accounts within the app without having to log in/out every time, that would be great. Combining them into one user becomes more difficult in keeping caller ID's separate with both calls and SMS.

3-way calling is not available in the R icon App when using computer
3-way calling is not available in the R icon App when using a computer. The option available is only the conferencing which you need to create unlike the 3-way calling you can add participants to a live call. The merge is only available to the mobile App and the switch to conference option is only available to the old App.

It would be great to have more options to choose from when selecting a ringtone on either mobile app or desk top app. The ones that are available right now does not sound good. Please put the regular phone ring tone.

Ability to label a fax on the list
Right now, the fax is labeled with who it is from in the inbox.We would like to be able to label each fax for our purposes (ie, what it is)Then we could scan the list to find the faxes we need, rather than having to open up each one to see what it is. We were able to do this with our previous provider of faxes.

List audio devices in order of priority
At home I have a different headset than at work. Every time I switch between working from home and the office I have to go into my RC settings and change them. Instead of choosing a specific audio device, it would be better to have a list of microphones and speakers and put them in priority so this would be set once and for all. If my home headset is attached, it would automatically use that. If my work headset is attached it would use that. The internal microphone and my laptop speakers would be the lowest priority so they…

Increasing number of logins on one extension
Our organization has multiple employees (about 9 employees) using the main line (extension 101) at different times of the day. We were told that there is a limit of only 3 devices logged in at one time... There are usually 3 or less people logged in at one time, but one phone is still getting a notification saying that too many devices are logged in and that it cannot receive incomings calls.
