Hide Contact Center Numbers from Being Used as Caller ID
We have many numbers added to our Contact Center (InContact) and these numbers show up to users as selectable caller ID numbers. It would be very beneficial to hide these numbers from users as alot of the numbers are for different call Q's within our inContact contact center and should not be used for making outbound caller ID's

Add Company Name Field to RingCentral App
We are using the Windows version of the RingCentral app (version 22.4.34.6382 Windows).On the main call log screen, it shows the Caller's Name that we add on the Contact Card, but it'd be nice if we could also see the Company Name field that is on their contact card.

Feature wherein if a call came in to a specific call queue it will going to pop up a specific web page.

Providing an option when a user is not included in the company directory in managing TEAM CHAT
As mentioned earlier, I've come across a system bug that affects the entire setup. To illustrate, I'm an admin who has created a team chat and added users. Some of these users are listed in the company directory, while others aren't (I unchecked a box in the admin portal). Now, for those who aren't in the company directory, their names don't show the three dots, meaning that you can't delete them or grant them admin permissions. As for those listed in the company directory, everything works smoothly. This issue needs immediate attention and a prompt fix. Let's escalate it ASAP!…

Text message prompt instead of a voicemail

when a lines busy automatic shut off
If you're dialing people and your hands are away from the phone and it's busy it keeps beeping and doesn't shut off like other dialers this is totally a big issue that should have an option to turn off. So it disables the busy signal after three seconds otherwise it sits there playing this tone all day.

I manage multiple companies so it would be helpful to differentiate the lists of chats, text, calls I see on the logs with their company name, or a color or something. You can see in the picture it only shows the name of the contact or the number but no company details

Desired behavior: To be able to customize the order or list of "On Call more menu". - To be able to move options on the menu list based on the commonly used option when thj user is on a call. - Example: A user commonly uses RingCentral app to transfer calls. Add Hotkey Speed Dials For Web/Desktop App
If you are marketing your services to a corporate environment, why would not include speed dials to the online versions of the product. I think the addition of user programmable user hotkey/ speed dial settings would be easy to implement and a great feature.Shift + Alt + 1 = Speed Dial 1 Shift + Alt +2 = Speed Dial 2...........Shift + Alt + 0 = Speed Dial 10 (or VM)But absolutely let the users have more control over the actual hotkey configuration that works for them.Thanks!
