  2. It would be beneficial if the forwarded calls were also recorded in the history log of the user who received the forwarded call so they can also check the contact details of the caller. This would be especially helpful when we've set up a main phone number for our clients to call so the team with their own phone numbers could have an equal opportunity to answer the main phone number's calls, and that they don't have to log in to the main phone number's RingCentral app to check the history log.

Many organizations use Sharepoint libraries or MS Teams created fileshare that behave differently that OneDrive (which also uses sharepoint but in a different way) -- Sharepoint is for groups of people so linking it to teams/groups in RCapp would enable better collaboration especially where the Teams embedded dialer is use and the RCapp is used for DR purposes

  8. We currently have the option to link the contacts/calendars from Google and Microsoft (Exchange and O365) and having the option to connect our Yahoo ecosystem would be a huge convenience for the many who use it.

  16. The Host should have the option to check the identity of the participant like the real name if the participant is joining via Dial-in using their personal phone. Because when participants are joining via Dial-in on the meeting via their personal phone only the phone number of the participant is showing.

  17. We currently spend $1500/mo on one fax line. It would save us money. We currently auto save our faxes to a directory and then the faxes are assigned to a user in our document application. So, if the app saves locally we can distribute to the person that needs to view it.

  18. The customer asked whether we have this feature. Basically, the customer's process is they will have to read aloud a certain script in the live call for recording and compliance. Since they have to say it every time they receive calls, they would rather have a pre-recorded audio that they can click on and will play and be included in the call recording.
