Allow Admins to Restrict Users from Changing Their Outbound Caller ID
Currently, RingCentral users can select their outbound caller ID from the Desktop or Mobile app, choosing either their assigned extension number or the main company number. While this flexibility is useful in some scenarios, it can create issues for businesses that rely on integrations, such as Salesforce CTI or Conversation Insights, where consistent caller ID is critical for accurate call logging.
We request a feature that allows administrators to lock or restrict the outbound caller ID for a user, ensuring that all calls use a specific assigned extension number and cannot be changed by the user.

Display Caller ID Name and Phone Number in HUD for Monitored Calls
Currently when a user receives a call, the user monitoring the call only sees the caller ID name and not the phone number displayed in the HUD.
We would like to propose a feature to allow both the caller ID name and the phone number to be displayed in the HUD when monitoring calls. This would give users more complete caller information at a glance, which could improve monitoring efficiency and usability.

Currently, when users report an issue using the “Report an Issue” feature in the RingCentral app, it generates a Customer Feedback case in Salesforce. These cases are automatically closed and are primarily used by RingCentral app specialists for log collection and internal analysis. As a result, reported issues are not actively investigated unless the user separately contacts support or submits a web case.Problem Statement:

Allow Users to change the vibration pattern
In the mobile app, specifically on android, I would like to be able to change how the phone vibrates when receiving an incoming call. Currently, the vibration pattern is too subtle. I would like it to vibrate the same way that incoming cell phone calls vibrate, but being able to change the patter in the app would accomplish this as well.

The administrative interface for RingEX Service Web currently provides a "Publish/Unpublish" toggle; however, the system architecture treats all RingCX and CCRN-associated numbers as globally visible. Consequently, the user-defined publish state is not honored, and these numbers remain searchable within the RingCentral Application (RCApp).Proposed Functional Correction
Enable the synchronization of the existing "Publish/Unpublish" toggle on the RingEX Service Web with the RCApp directory service. The system must be updated to ensure that any RingCX or CCRN number set to an "Unpublished" state is filtered out of all search results within the application.

Delete task from the Main window only.
For example, I create a task, it's displayed in the main window and appears in the tasks on the right. If I want to delete it in the main window so it doesn't get in the way, I press 3 and there's a "delete task" option. But then the task is also deleted from the task list.
Is it possible to add an option in the three dots, besides "delete task" "delete task notification"?

Option to send a Message to another user or group in the account and tag it with a high-priority alert until the message is viewed.
This option is beneficial for important messages as it will continuously alert the other user or group.
