  2. Hi. Our customer is suggesting that we should have an option to disable/enable the call waiting in our RingCentral application. This is specific for direct calls. So if a user is already engaged on the call, we can disable the call waiting to prevent another call to be connected to the user who is already engaged, and the call should be connected to the call queue or third party number. We can imagine that call waiting may be kinda annoying to some users as their app will be ringing while already on a call.

  3. We have a third party call center who we are having use RingCentral. But we only want them to have the phone. We don't want them having access to contacts from the company directory, we don't want them to be able to text or chat or video chat. We have a role set up for these third party agents, so it would be nice if there was a way to disable chat, text messaging, video chat and remove the contacts option from their left column. Basically so it will be nothing but a phone for them.

  7. Able to select default region in the RingCentral mobile app. Currently we can change the region but after sometime or closing the mobile app it will revert back to UK/US. I want the region we select be the default.

    RC extension number shows up as 'external' on MS Teams app when users dial the extension number.

    Desired Behavior:
    RC extension's number and name to sync to MS Teams app so users can easily identify the each other.

  11. When merging calls using the ring central app on an IOS phone, it locks the screen of the IOS. It would be great if we can avoid the screen from locking when merging the calls.

Please add an option to turn on a sound queue when a phone call ends on the Ring Central Desktop app. I can never tell when a call has ended without clicking on the RC app after the call to make sure the call isn't still going. Have already had this happen a couple of times when I thought the other person ended the call and we both heard each other having separate conversations in the background.

  17. Looking for a way to calculate a monthly average in RingSense, is this possible? For example, if there are 10 calls recorded, say March 1st to March 30th, add the total scores, divide by the 10 calls, and that would give you the monthly average score.

  20. Currently have three status options available: do not disturb, available, and invisible. It would be great if we could have different statuses like lunch, break, and unavailable notes (ACW). Having these additional options would help us manage our agents' time more effectively.
