  3. It's baffling to me that Ring Central doesn't have Apple Watch integration. Apple watches do not get ringing notifications on Apple Watches, which is extremely inconvenient because the actual iPhone doesn't make a noise when your Apple watch is connected. I miss many phone calls because my watch doesn't notify me when a call comes in. Please add notification integration to Apple Watches. It's 2025. All other apps have notifications pushed to Apple Watches...the massive company of Ring Central should have notifications integrated.

  6. We propose adding a split-window view to the desktop application, allowing users to access multiple features, such as texting and calling, within a single window.

    We also recommend introducing distinct bubble notifications for texts and calls, making it easy to differentiate between the two.

    These updates would streamline communication, reduce the need to toggle between functions, and improve overall efficiency.

  7. Customer can have different types of Calendar integrated to their RingCentral Application like Outlook or MS Teams.

    We would like the option to allow customer to disable incoming calls when they have a meeting. They also want to make sure that incoming calls across all platforms are disabled while on a meeting (RingCentral Mobile App, Desktop App, and hardphone).

We've tested repeatedly and have been unable to make the calling number appear on the IB call screen on the mobile app. All inbound calls seem to only show the location that the number is calling from, and the user needs to review their call history or check the call details while on the call to see the calling number (ANI). Customer in this case would like the ANI to display with the caller ID so they know who's calling.

  15. The Mobile App should provide an option for Silent Incoming Call Notifications, where the incoming call pop-up is displayed without playing a ringtone.

    Alternatively, the app could allow users to upload custom MP3 files as ringtones, enabling the use of a silent audio file to achieve the same behavior. This would give users flexibility to configure their preferred notification style.

  16. We are using the RC app for some time now, every time we try to call outbound and choose what caller ID to use it only shows the number as Direct number, primary number, we would like to be able to set a name for the number so we can easily remember which location the number is assigned to.

It's better if there is a section in the Admin Portal and the RC app where RingCentral users will be able to identify the platform (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp) that callers are using to place their outbound call to our RingCentral number. To be able to see where they're calling from will help the business.

  20. Exporting entire history of SMS /calls / voicemails for specific users

    Hi,
    When searching, it looks like there is a limit to the amount of data that can be exported at a time. I wanted to confirm:
    We want to be able to choose a specific user, then export the entire history of all data (calls, voicemails, messages, SMS) that has been sent/received by the specific user.
    Can this be done all at once?
