  4. Use Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings

    Currently, RingCentral does not support Aver camera IP 550 on RingCentral meetings. We should be able to use this IP camera as a compatible device for RC Meetings

  6. When I upgraded from RC Phone app to unified RC App, I noticed that active calls would pop up in a separate window. I don't want calls to pop up in a separate window because it causes clutter and makes it harder to get to the active call in order to manage.

  7. client want to get a call divert button available just simply pressing a button on their phone
    currently calls from main number goes to call queue

    if this button is enable calls from main number goes their 3rd party answering service.

  10. In my org, we have users who have multiple lines assigned or Groups. To have them work simultaneously or switch between texts and lines in an easier fashion within the app would be incredibly helpful, instead of accessing through the web browser

    If a user has set a custom status message, the user should have an option to delete that status message from the list if it is no longer required. Currently, it gets stored in the list and the list keeps on increasing with every custom status message

  13. I’m experiencing an issue with the names I’ve assigned to our direct numbers in the central user section. I name each number based on its location so that we can easily identify where calls are coming from and going to. However, I’ve noticed that these names are not visible in the app.

    This functionality would be extremely helpful for us, as it would improve our call management and allow us to immediately know the origin of calls. Currently, it seems this feature is unavailable, but it would be of great value to have it implemented.

  19. Submitting a feature request on behalf of the customer to add the Call Monitoring feature on HUD for Mobile app (IOS and Android). We replicated the issue on Android but there's no option to monitor the call.Checked the Support site:https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Monitoring-live-calls-in-the-RingCentral-app.html?brand=RingCentral&product=MVP&language=en_USThe monitoring of live calls is only available to the RC desktop app
