Need to have a colour scheme for people with Colourblindness
As a USER of RingCentral Service Web, we have a number of users who are colour blind. If a user has Achromatopsia this means most, if not all graphics are impossible to read. We can easily resolve this by using a similar process on Service Web and the RingCentral App, by using textures as well as colours. For example. Green Dots. The customer wanted to have an option in the RingCentral app to directly tag telemarketers as Spam instead of blocking the number.

Need to answer and hold other calls without disconnecting current caller.
I have a call-in talk show. Every time I'm "on a call" and other callers ring in, when I click (ANSWER AND HOLD) it puts the "active" caller on hold rather than the new callers. This is a big problem on my side. Please help!

Open a url when answering a call from the mobile app
On the desktop app, I can add a url to open after I answer a call. For parity, I would like to be able to do the same on the Mobile app. Open a URL when I answer a call from the mobile app.

Make all wireless headphones compatible with RC apps
It would be nice if the RC mobile and desktop apps were compatible with ALL wireless/bluetooth headphones vs. the short list of headsets currently compatible. I have run into issues with 3 different pairs of bluetooth earbuds only working temporarily, and then inevitably run into issues. I do not want to wear a headset, and would prefer to answer calls using the RC desktop app using wireless headphones connected to by laptop via bluetooth.

Phone Status Labels
It would be useful to have the ability to apply your own label to phone status. As an admin, I need to know why someone may be logged out of taking calls. The most necessary labels would be "Lunch" and "15 Minute Break". Doing this allows the administrators and co-workers to know why someone is not available. It may also be helpful to allow for scheduling this status as a user and an administrator. Thanks,Eric

Providing an option when a user is not included in the company directory in managing TEAM CHAT
As mentioned earlier, I've come across a system bug that affects the entire setup. To illustrate, I'm an admin who has created a team chat and added users. Some of these users are listed in the company directory, while others aren't (I unchecked a box in the admin portal). Now, for those who aren't in the company directory, their names don't show the three dots, meaning that you can't delete them or grant them admin permissions. As for those listed in the company directory, everything works smoothly. This issue needs immediate attention and a prompt fix. Let's escalate it ASAP!…

when a lines busy automatic shut off
If you're dialing people and your hands are away from the phone and it's busy it keeps beeping and doesn't shut off like other dialers this is totally a big issue that should have an option to turn off. So it disables the busy signal after three seconds otherwise it sits there playing this tone all day.

Need SMS 2 Factor Authentication Capabilities
The SMS feature on the Ring Central App and Destock versions should support receiving 2 factor authentication texts from different sites/carriers/etc. Most login features now require 2FA. In our office currently, my colleagues and I constantly have to get a 2FA from someone else in the office because we have to use our own cell phone line numbers. If one person is busy or unreachable, then we cannot access that account/site/etc. Having this feature available through your SMS service would be incredibly useful and would make office life far more efficient. Please add ASAP.
