Want to be able to choose key presses and route directly to an external number and call go to voicemail if the customer/client will not dial any numberI don't want to add a different licensed extension for this feature. I should be able to route the call directly to an external number once the customers/client will press the key that I will assign to the external number

  2. I have staff that do no have log ins/phone because they do not make phone calls for the business. However, they do help with faxing. It would be great to have a central website log in to fax only (much like nextiva) so I do not need to share my phone credentials or email credentials for a person to send a fax that does not have an extension.

  3. As per The customer having a key presses option under that voicemail will allow customer to choose if they are on a emergency situation and that key presses will be directed to a 24 hour customer service.

  4. Allow RC AU Account to call using Blocked Caller ID to call AU NumberRC AU Account cannot use blocked caller ID number when making outbound calls to an AU number. The call gives busy tone onset of the call. Call is not hitting system call log.

  6. With our old phone system (Mitel), there was an applet named Phone Assistant(https://oneview.mitel.com/s/article/Phone-Assistant). It provided a one-page view of all users and their current status (On a call, DND, idle, out, etc.). It was extremely helpful as call handlers can quickly make decisions on who can accept a call transfer.The closest thing to this with RingCentral would be to look at everyone's status in the messaging page of the RingCentral app. Due to regulatory restrictions, we needed to have the messaging feature disabled in our RingCentral app. In an effort to duplicate something similar, our RingCentral expert helped…

  8. Hello, I am a RingCentral subscriber and we are implementing a new Dynamics 365 environment with RingCentral integration. It works fine from Edge or Chrome on the desktop, but on the mobile app Dynamics wants to use the native iPhone dialer to call out. There should be an integration for the RingCentral mobile, or a way to set RingCentral as the native outbound dialer for iPhone.

Add a troubleshooting button we can access on any page when something goes wrong we can hit the button and run a quick diagnostic check so when we call in we can tell you exactly what the issue is and we can get a quick fix instruction from you. This way we don't spend all day being useless trying to guess what's wrong and waste time fixing stuff that ain't broke.

  16. We tried to primarily use Ring CEntral within TEams as that is our organizational app and we wanted to use Ring Central as the backbone of our service. However, it doesn't pull in any of the users contacts or recognize them in Caller ID. This works in the Ring Central app. It even works in Ring Central in Outlook. It just doesn't work in Teams. If the info is in Office 365 and in Ring Central, I don't see why it can't be pulled into the Ring Central app in Teams.

I am really not sure why this has not happened yet, but it would make complete sense to have the Service Center, where all users and phone profiles are setup to sync across with the RingCentral App. I am specifically referring to a User Profile, such as location, title, extension, mobile number, direct number, extension, email, call handling details and such. It almost seems like there are pieces of them that sync, but nothing like a full and fluid sync. We have desperately tried to make the location and details, including mobile numbers and Direct numbers sync between the phone…
