  2. By definition the call shouldn't be considered as a missed call if a user actively interacted with it to either ignore it or send it to voicemail.

  3. My company uses a wide variety of headsets, some USB, some Bluetooth. Each headset has various buttons for volume control, answer/hang-up, etc. Why don't these work with the Ring Central app? Why do Only Plantronics and Jabra headsets work? Every other program seems to function with these buttons on random headphones with out issue. Please fix this.

  5. When a call is placed by using the RingOut feature the Call History shows your own name as the call recipient. I didn't call myself! The Call History should not show my name only... it should show the person I called -- even if I use the RingOut feature. This needs to be changed.We opened a support case to report this issue and were told that the system is working as intended. The system should show the person I called -- it should not show my name.   6. . So it auto fills with people to the conferance pro and standards. Lastly you guy still wont add a carrier lookup to each number which is rather troubling. I would like to know what carrier the scammers are using over VOIP lines

  7. The app is limiting users without the ability to use a microphone and speaker on a PC. We need to ringout our physical phones to use click to dial and then we are tied to the limitations of the phones. We can not transfer calls through the app while on the physical phone. The Mitel softphone had this ability, the app and physical phone worked seamless with each other as with RC they are entirely separate occurrences.

I switched to the new layout for the desktop app and noticed that the message panel column takes up an unnecessary amount of space on the desktop app. I would like to be able to further narrow the left column (message panel). It eats up a huge amount of real estate that would be better used for center column with the actual conversation (see attached). The same problem exists on the web app. I am only able to narrow it to about 1/3 of the overall screen - which is a total waste. I submitted a ticket about this (#18823765)…

I maintain "for-me" to do list via the Tasks on ringcentral windows app (personal chat with myself).I've managed to grow the list of completed tasks to 30+ before I realized I just want them to go away. However, I have to click on each one, hit delete and hit confirm.Would be nice to somehow multiselect them from the list of "all completed tasks" and then hit delete.

  14. We need the ability to set up "out of office" for messages and text messages. If someone calls me, they know I am out of the office. If they text me, however, there us no way to set up an auto reply so the know I am gone and will respond when I return.

  18. We would love to copy contact names from an excel doc & paste those, in mass, into the 'TO' field of a new message, so we can send that message up to 100 people. Now you have to manually start typing in the name & then select it. This isn't preferable for a text going out to 100 contacts
