  3. Customer wants that if their main number receives a SMS it will send separate or distribute to some or all of their user extension and customer wants to view all call report logs using RC App

  4. Once we dial-out in the RC app, there's a drop down list for caller IDs. Currently, we can't change the positions of the caller IDs in the dropdown list.

  6. Our users report issues with RingCentral Video and the RingCentral App for Windows. I opened up support cases and the usual resolution is, try a new meeting or re-install the application. This is a good first step but it would be great to be able to search for issues or bugs with any product so we could identify if other peers have also reported the issue and if the development team is aware of what versions are impacted or if there's an expected release when the issue will be resolved.

  7. RingCentral MVP mobile app user/s is/are expecting to use it anytime they need to without them being signed-out if inactive with the app for at least 14 days. They should have options on how to manage it.

  9. Sometimes callers leave messages that are for a different department or a different colleague. It would be helpful to have a button to transfer the voicemail message to a different extension.

  10. Would be helpful to have a way to send a note as either internal or external. While the notes feature is great, it doesn't give us much flexibility in visibility options. This would be helpful so that we can ensure that the people that should have access to the information, should be able to view the notes.

  11. The desktop app does not have a easy way to delete all the records. Or often referred to as a delete all command. Another great feature it's lacking the ability to leave notes on numbers a lot less difficult than it already is. This would be really crafty if it had a little icon right beside the fax button. And making the app more into a CMR itself as other ones are so expensive. More innovation into this app and it would be considered perfect. If it would display the carrier on every call that would be cool or provider…

When my Windows Ring Central phone app rings the "Alt A" shortcut will not work Unless I click on the ringcentral window first or it was already the main window at my attention when the call came in.Also, With the Jabra Link 380 I have the same issue,When my Windows Ring Central phone app rings and I bring down my mic to answer the call, I can't Unless I click on the ringcentral window first or it was already the main window at my attention when the call came in.

  14. Via both the mobile app and the desktop app, the calendar should be able to sync to multiple platforms (Apple, Microsoft, Google). I use Microsoft Outlook for work, gmail for personal emails, and have an iPhone - the ring central apps should be able to connect to all of these to check calendars for availability.

  15. I suggest adding an edit button (pencil icon) beside the contact name to edit the information easily. I have to open the contact name to get the edit button. This will save time, especially if I need to edit multiple contacts.

When the iphone is on the lockscreen and an incoming RC call comes in, the call is incorrectly routed through the iOS native phone app and thus is answered in the native phone app. Proper behavior should be for the call to be routed to the RC app and thus answered within the RC app.The proper behavior does occur when the phone is unlocked, so this issue is limited to only when the iPhone is locked when the call comes in.

  17. customer joins a meeting through a meeting link which launch the rc desktop app but does not join the meeting. customer is able to join a meeting through the web app without issues which is the current workaround

I am wondering if RingCentral would allow a feature with an option to view more contact information such as Name, Title, Company, and Notes when viewing in Contact.More specifically, under Quick View or Personal. I work with insurances direct contact and handle patient calls. It would be helpful to know who I am speaking with.OR if we can have the option to create another Contact Category and assign them to our added personal contact that would suffice. Having the ability to - for example - set colors for the different individual tab/screens on the destop app would provide a distinct visual alert to prevent accidentally sending messages to the wrong person/thread. (ie: accidently sending an external text when you meant to send a team message). If, for example, we could set the messages screen to blue and the text screen to red.
