Google Voice - Calls started from this device's phone app.
Under the settings on Google Voice App. there is the option for Calls started from this device's phone app, allowing the user to use their Google Voice number when calling from their device's Native phone app. It allows the user to use their Google Voice number for all calls, never, or ask user before each call initiated from the user's native phone app.This would also be great if you could implement this same option into the user's native SMS app as well.

Turn off all tabs in MVP app, except for Video.
Customer is using the MS Teams Direct Routing integration (UC). They have expressed the need to have 1 streamlined platform instead of having their users on multiple platforms and products doing the same things. They would like to have their users to perform all of their IB/OB calling and internal messaging through MS Teams. However they do have a need for some of their users to utilize RCV. Using an app on another device should cancel cell phone notifications
My cell phone rings when I get a call even when I'm actively using my computer and when I answer a text on the computer, the push notification remains in the notification list on my phone. I would like for my phone to only be used for notifications if I've been idle on my computer for a while (and the idle time should be customizable) and for the push notifications to be automatically removed once I've seen them on my computer.

Bring back the Silence Incoming Calls Toggle on the Mobile app for ALL users.
Up until recent updates the mobile application had a setting toggle for 'Silence Incoming Calls.' By default when first signing into the application for all users it was turned on, but could be toggled off so you would have all calls ring on the device. However, after recent updates the extensions role must have permissions (User Settings > Messages & Notifications OR Call Handling/Forwarding) allowed in order for this setting to appear. my company has different divisions, i am the contact for 2 of them, i would like to be able to receive my text messages through one ring central app. right now, at night, i miss the texts from one of the extensions.

Alphabetically sort Teams within Folders in Message feature in the MVP app
Adding an option to folders within the messaging feature to alphabetically sort your teams instead of having the manually sort them.

Increase ease of access to number pad when on a phone call.
For users who deal with a lot of phone menus it would be very nice to either have an option to default to number pad when calling or have a keyboard shortcut.

Option to automatically end the call recording when switching from audio call to video call using RingCentral app
Please add a feature to automatically disable or complete the automatic call recording for audio call when switching to video call using RingCentral appCurrently, if the automatic call recording feature is enabled on the user and he wish to switch the audio call to video call, it doesn't work unless they will end the call.

Able to Receive Multiple Calls if A Member of a Call Queue
We would like to be able to see calls come in through a call queue even if the user is on an existing call.

Allow Dialpad to open in standalone window that can be moved outside of the app.
Allowing the dialpad window to move outside the app would allow a user to make calls easily without having to utilize as many computer resources and screen real estate. The app will already open a standalone window when a call is received, so it just makes sense to be able to send an outbound call in a similar manner.

We would like there to be an easy way to add numbers or extensions to the company directory so that our agents can easily search and call or transfer calls to the number/extension.

Headsets that Work with RingCentral App
My headset that works with my phone, doesn't work with the Ring Central App. This has cause me to miss calls. Could you please either allow any headset that can work with your phone to work with the app, or start adding a lot more headsets to the list of ones that will work? The list I have seen online is rather small.

Make Call Queue Voicemails accessible to Call Queue users from within the RingCentral App
Allows are users to easily access voicemails. This also allows agents to know if the voicemail is unheard or heard, and easily call a customer back.

Add a way to auto-download call/meeting recordings
I had a client that needed to keep many of their call recordings/video meeting recordings for training purposes and while downloading them by hand works they had mentioned that it would be way more of a streamlined process if there was an option to do that automatically much the same way we can do with some of the reports in the Analytics Portal.

Put the status icon back on the right or give us the option to move it
I had a script that controlled a lamp to let others know when I'm on a call based on the position of the status icon. We didn't upgrade our RingCentral app and now it has been moved with no heads up. That's not cool.
