Outbound directory name showing in supervisor application
within RCCC when an agent makes an outbound call through the MAX directory the number shows within the supervisor application not the name the agent has chosen to dial. Cruise would like supervisors to see that name of the organisation the agents are calling from the directory

Change Keyboard Shortcuts in RingCentral App
I want to change the keyboard shortcuts. The shortcuts like answering the phone with alt + a I want to change it to f1. I do not have an option to change it.

Clear Company Contact listed within own extension that don't exist in Account Portal.
Would like to have a company contact cleared/deleted from own extension company contacts that is not listed in the account/portal. This was once a test extension that sync'd but is no longer an extension user.

Custom Ringtones/Notifications for RingCentral Desktop
Many of the included ringtones are not attention grabbing or dont really sound like a phone. The ringcentral phone app for desktop (phone icon) has this feature, I think it should also be added to the RingCentral app (R icon) which is supposed to be more feature rich.

Add # called to voice mail message in RC App
We often have the need in our system for end users to send their missed calls to voice mail of others on our system. For example a Director wants to send missed calls that go to voice mail to the Admin Assistant in their office. The Admin Assistant then receives voice mail in the RingCentral App for both their own calls and the Director's calls. The issue is that the App doesn't identify if the voice mail is then for the Admin Assistant or the Director, no identifier is left. It would be helpful to add the full number called…

Ability to toggle private chat feature among team members/users on and off.
Private chat among team members creates unnecessary conversations not pertaining to work-related content. A reduction in this can help increase productivity and help support a team environment.

It would be nice to have the option to hide contacts list from certain users. Not all users need to have direct access to a company's CEO for example.

RingCentral App: Reset Settings to Default Option
The RingCentral App is very rich in settings.It would be great to have a "Reset settings to default" option to help in scenarios where users have changed many settings to the extent they cannot remember what changes were made and why the app is no longer working as it should.

Provide a setting option so that all users in the call queue can view / hear voicemails.
If out main receptionist is out, the remainder of the team is unable to view voicemails. This is a hindrance to our business.

Being able to disconnect other person or line on a Merge/conference call
I would like to suggest to the developer to carry over the feature from the old app for the host of the call to be able to disconnect other people on the other line when we are on a conference or merged call especially when we are 3 people on the line and we are done talking to one person and wanted to disconnect that line. Create shortcut key for Compact vs Full View in Jupiter
This is not a customer request rather feedback on the app. We introduced the ability "New Phone experience" to reduce width of your phone window but requires you to manually move your windows size. Would be very helpful if there's a compact vs full view shortcut key.

Custom Themes for Jupiter
It would be great if we could customize our client to our liking, similar to how code editors allow you to use community uploaded themes in the marketplace. This would allow users to add their favorite styles to our app and promote them in the App Gallery. The current Jupiter themes are limited and lack color creativity. Allowing us to create our own themes would be amazing! To achieve this goal, we would need to create a framework that allows users to update the colors on the fly.
