Ability to send invites to end users even if their extension is enabled
THIS IS URGENT! It affects RingCentral's long-term ability to sell into larger accounts.In large organizations, the person that negotiates the deal isn't the person that sets up users, and that person isn't the person that assembles, distributes and tests desk phones, and that person isn't the end-user.In order for the person distributing phones to be able to test outgoing calls, the extension must be enabled by adding a password and PIN. Understand that access will need to be temporarily granted for target user/machine that's sharing; however, maybe there's a good way to make it temporary - so long as a user in "RC Remote Control" group is the admin taking control.

Set Permissions for creating team channels
Right now, anyone on our team can create a team channel. This had proven to be very ineffective, a distraction and just super cluttered for all users. I would love to see only admins be able to create team channels. Thank you!!!

Allow public URL shorteners to be used with SMS/MMS messages.
Please allow URL shorteners in SMS/MMS messages depending on the usage. Some customers need to use shorteners in order to send links to appointment sign-up sheets and landing pages for their clients. Currently, the only workaround indicated would be to use private/proprietary URL shorteners.

Search Bar to change a Caller ID when doing outbound when have multiple number
One of our agent will going to call out to let say Texas, But I dont want to show my number on the caller ID, Instead I want them to see a Texas number as the caller ID. So i have to search those numbers for Texas number and its too long to scroll on those list. What we are trying to ask now is there any way to search that list faster, or any way to quickly change the number for the caller ID

Add label to pinned chat
Pinned chat items are often not very useful because it's not immediately evident what they are links to (for example, a document on a sharepoint site). The ability to add a name label to the pinned item would make it an immediately useful list of topic points and/or resources.

when i message or try to contact any inactive user , i will automatically get a message or pop up like " this user is not active" or " T...
...his User is Not Available".. its is userfull becuase every user have not admin rights , so he or she is not able to understand whether that user is active or not.

Direct calls to Voicemail when in an Active Call
User is on an active call either from direct or via call queue.The users receives another call while they are still on the phone. Currently the 2nd call is ringing and interrupting the user who is on the other line. The 2nd call should go directly to voicemail without ringing the user.

Have capability of using two ring central accounts on one device using the mobile app.
Wanted to have this capability to be able to log in to one mobile app for two account so there is no need to keep on re-logging in from one account to another.

Autoreply for SMS and auto forwarding
It will benefit the business where in customer's are not only reaching them through call but also sending SMS. It will also notify their customers through text if they are not available at the time. It should work like the auto reply and forwarding in email.

Add profile feature for Video & Audio Settings
Selecting a custom named profile would establish video & audio settings. i.e. an "Office" profile would establish different video & audio settings than a "Home" profile. For those that have desks at both home and office - it would simplify the user interface.

Add capacity to have no numbers/people selected on the left side
There is no way to have no number/person selected on the left side of the text screen. If the highlighted person send a new text, it automatically shows as read, so can be easily missed. Please add a way to have nobody selected so texts aren't missed due to this design flaw.

RC App Security - External Apps
We need to be able to restrict users from adding external apps in the RC app (see attached screenshot). These external apps pose risk, since users can add any app and infiltrate/exfiltrate data through the unmanaged apps.We would like to see the administrative capability to turn off all external apps in total and/or sanction specific applications for usage by specific users and groups of users.

Please stop this ... while using the app, during an active call, incoming calls silence the current call
While in the RingCentral Desktop app, and while in the RingCentral Android app, it is impossible to stop an incoming call from silencing the current call. It's very frustrating to be on a call and have the incoming call stop the current call. The caller on the first call is always perplexed why they cannot hear me for a minute and it severely hobbles business calls.

One-tap join for conference from the RC MVP App
link to join a conference from laptop, and got an error that said "One-tap join is currently unavailable on this device. Please refer to the conference invitation to join.But she was able to log in via the app on the cell phone.
