Away Messages for Texting
We should be able to set an away message on our texts so that if we are on vacation or in a meeting clients know that we're not available, just like we can for a phone or email

Connectors for Avaya Cloud Office to use with the Microsoft Power Suite
This would allow for more automatic integration between Microsoft Apps and Avaya. These would be for things like posting in chats/teams or creating Tasks, Events, and Meetings depending on data received from another source (a new email, data from a list, A button being pressed in a Power App etc.). This would allow more integration and build more reasons to use Ring Central Apps when already setup in the Microsoft Space

Add the capability to input the "To", "Company" & "Phone No" to all fax coversheets.
When sending a fax, although there are the fields of To, Company & Phone No., there appears to be no way to add that informaiton of the Fax Coversheet. Yet it asks for the fax number and which coversheet you want to use, along with being able to add a note, but nowhere does it allow you to add the recepient's name, company name or phone number you are sending the fax to, or the company name or phone number. I find that so odd since the To and Company are primary in any fax coversheet.

Screen Share in the New RC App - extremely slow and cumbersome
When me or one another OR multiple team members are having a voice call - To add/switch to Screen Share is very very very cumbersome and frustrating.It sends a message to the other users to join a meeting while I am already logged onto the meeting automatically (which is good), others have no clue or have to dig through their messages to find the message. Whereas to add screen share to existing call or users OR adding a user to the existing lot of users should be very seamless.We come from microsoft teams and miss this feature so much!!!!Developers and…

Automatic divert to voicemail when already on another call
The 'Busy' or 'Do not disturb' options only really work when you have a scheduled call. Often, if I receive an unexpected call, I do not use these options. If another call then comes in while I am on the first call, it rings loudly in my ears (I use earbuds through my laptop) and can cause a loss of concentration as I manually divert the second call. Surely RingCentral should be able to determine you are already on a call and divert it to voicemail automatically.

Mark Whole Folder of Teams as Read Simultaneously
When a user create a folder to house multiple teams I would like to see functionality added to mark unread chat messages across multiple/all teams under that folder as read simultaneously. This would be useful to customer users who are members of many teams, have organized those teams in folders, but would like to clear the indicator number of unread messages in that folder quickly. Ideally this function would be added to folder's options which are currently only Edit Folder and Delete Folder.

Please add a "domain control" option. It would be really nice to block people from creating "personal" RingCentral accounts using a corporately controlled domain email address.

Editable ring order number in ring order group
To reduce the frustration of dragging and dropping, maybe have it so the hard coded order number could be modified with a checkbox setting or something that allows the user to enter 1, 2, 3, etc. manually to customize the order. If you have more than 2 devices to ring to, it creates a little frustration with dragging and dropping these individual numbers.

Ability to turn on auto-replies in glip
When on PTO or OOO, it would be great to have the ability to turn on auto replies when people DM you or @ you in Glip (messaging). The auto reply could be text, and image or Gif. Even though we can change out status, those are very easy to miss and people do not realize you are away.

RC App Compact View
There should be a view setting that shows a 'compact view' of the messaging section of the RC App; i.e. when one user sends multiple messages within a short time frame, those messages are all shown under a single timestamp and username header.Attached screenshot is of multiple messages under a single username header in Discord to show what I mean.

Send Text message for incoming when on a RC App call
Customer would like to send a busy text message for incoming when on a call. Default responses should be available, rather than having user to use the speakerphone mode, then have to type in manually the numbers and compose a message

Individual Call Ques w/in an IVR - User Toggle On/Off
Aloha.It would be benificial for a user to be ablet to toggle accepting calls from an assigned call que. Currently their is the ability to toggle off all call ques, but not individual. Please feel free to reach out to me for further details on the exact request.

Longer text messages that are received get split into multiple messages. Why? Why can't they be displayed in the correct order?

Option to separate SMS on main and direct number
I. have a main office number and a secondary number. I'd like to use the secondary number to communicate with my staff and would like to know if there's a good way to separate those texts received to the main number from the ones received to the secondary number in the app
