Requested versus Confirmed port date
The portal shows "Requested port date" in the portal, but does not update if the requested port date is changed. For example, if a port date was requested for December 3rd, but the port date needed to be moved to December 16th, the "Requested port date" would stay visible in the portal as December 3rd until the carriers confirm the December 16th port date. There should be a "Requested port date" and "Confirmed port date" in the system visible at all times. It would also be helpful if it shows which stage the porting process was in.

DFO > sent a note as either internal or external
Would be helpful to have a way to send a note as either internal or external. While the notes feature is great, it doesn't give us much flexibility in visibility options. This would be helpful so that we can ensure that the people that should have access to the information, should be able to view the notes.

Call Presence when there is an outgoing call
I want the call presence feature to work when there is an outgoing call. I do not current use call que because I am using the auto receptionist because I need to be able to use all my numbers for texting. The problem is, because I am using the auto receptionist and not call que, when there is an out going call from my employees phone, I can not see the presence feature of the person I am monitoring. I can only see the presence feature when we get an inbound call and the employee is on the phone but…

RingCentral to allow free third party conference call lines through their system
Currently, RingCentral does not allow users to access free conference call lines through their phones or through the RingCentral mobile app. This is a suggestion to grant users the ability to host conference calls using RingCentral devices.

Auto Log out on unanswered queue calls
Customer is used to using simultaneous ring, but group is very large. Having an auto logout of Call Queue on RNA would ensure that if they switched to a non simultaneous ring pattern that the callers wait time would be managed properly, and not subjected to unnecessary ringing.

Notify Customers When New Features Are Added
Notify customers when new features are released. Even if it were a link to a "Release Notes" webpage that showed the features added and bugs fixed. That would also give customers a webpage to do a search on to see if a feature they are looking for has been implemented.

Service Web: Port-In Date for Numbers Visible
When numbers are newly ported to RingCentral, the port-in date is obscured from view. This information is relevant and helpful for customers who are reconciling number ownership. In this particular example, a losing carrier is requesting payment for numbers that appear to have been ported over. Dates are required to audit.

Include incoming number on iOS income-call screen
On incoming calls via the iOS app, all that shows is the "Caller ID" name. A lot of the time, that name is simply the name of a city that the area code is from. The phone number itself is not shown. It would be very useful to see the phone number as well to determine who is calling, especially when the Caller ID is unhelpful.

I send forms using ring central fax and the stamp messes up the forms. It dont look professional.

Need to access contacts from Windows App
It is not possible to access Outlook contacts, or have the app access the contacts directly from our Exchange server. Neither can I click Call on the contact in Outlook, as the RingCentral app doesn't connect to Microsoft Telephony Services. A phone app without the ability to dial contacts is not very useful.

Do not allow other admins to make changes while another admin is already making changes
On a large account, it is counter productive to have multiple admins making the same changes to call queues or user profiles at the same time. There should be a way to ensure admins know when a change was last made to a queue/user profile, or that someone else is currently making changes so both parties are not doing the same work.

Some snappy features missing
The desktop app does not have a easy way to delete all the records. Or often referred to as a delete all command. Another great feature it's lacking the ability to leave notes on numbers a lot less difficult than it already is. This would be really crafty if it had a little icon right beside the fax button. And making the app more into a CMR itself as other ones are so expensive. More innovation into this app and it would be considered perfect. If it would display the carrier on every call that would be cool or provider…

To be able to receive fax on extension when VOICEMAIL is disabeld
We have an extension that disabled the voicemail and forward calls to an external number when a call was missed. This setting is working however, the phone is ringing when there is an incoming FAX message. This is working as designed. We would like to have a setting to where a fax message should be received without ringing the phone or sending the the fax out.

Assign caller ID for an extension without restrictions
Go to 3cx.com and see if you can license some of their patents.I should be able to assign an extension any Caller ID for which I have ownership to. I was able to do this in the 3CX product prior to moving to RingCentral.

Send Fax to multiple extension/recipient
is it possible to consider having a feature wherein faxes can be sent to multiple extensions instead of just the operator extension

Please add a transfer to vmail softkey.
It would be very useful to have a softkey to transfer calls directly to voicemail without the need to have to dial * codes.
