International SMS feature to support country of origin
The customer is texting from Mexico - it would be nice if RingCentral had an international SMS feature that supports countries of origin like Mexico to other international countries.

Extension Creator and Date of Creation
-Admins would be able to just click on an extension and know when & who created said extension-Admins can currently look it up via Audit Trail but it is limited to 180 days

Disable key press when a call is already ringing or connecting to a user extension or call queue
Please turn off the keypress when a call is routed, as it will route to another extension or user.

Call Waiting feature to be available on call queue
The members from the call should have the ability to have a call waiting, if they are on call, they should still get a another phone call and they can put the current call on hold to answer the incoming call.

Ability to set up a cutom annoucement to return to the main menu instead of disconnecting the call
On our phone admin answer tree, we have several options that are announcement only. How can the caller get back to the main menu (or how do I set it up for the caller to get back to the main menu) after they hear the announcement?

Restart the phone without having to go the site location each time it needs to be rebooted.

RC app Choose file location for save voicemail
Would like to have an option of choosing which location on the computer to save files like voicemail, recording, and others. It is very inconvenient to manually locate the file on the downloads folder and save it in a different location, instead of once downloaded you have the option to save it anywhere on your computer.

Add visibility and management of globally parked calls
All globally parked calls should be able to be seen and managed from a single area of RingCentral. Our previous system allowed us to do this and it would show all calls with the park location and caller ID, plus any custom notes added by the user.

Ability to change Company Main number type to Voice only
The option to change the Company Main number type to be voice only would be beneficial. The ability to make these changes for all other numbers are available BUT NOT for the Company Main number for some reason.

Able to forward all calls from the main number directly to an external number/ Custom rule from auto receptionist
FR to create custom rule under autoreceptionist have an option to route calls directly to an external number instead of an extensions.

Turn users to be allowed to complete signup with IP originating from within Brazil.
After opening a case explaining that our users are being kicked off from RingCentral, RingCentral Support asked to add this idea here:"We're very sorry for the late update as we had to confirm our findings from our backend team about the cause of the issue and we finally got an update. Allow shortlinks in SMS
Customer received an email communication from their CRM "Bats CRM" that they finally reached an agreement with RingCentral regarding problem of sending shortlinks via SMS Platform. Ability for agents to see their schedule Weekly.
Right now agents can only see their schedules by day in WFM and it would be helpful for them to see their schedule in a Weekly view.

Ability to block foreign country codes or all incoming international calls
Some of our offices receive a large number of spam / scam calls from a wide variety international numbers.We need a way to block specific country codes, or even better, block all international incoming calls (from outside the US).Currently in RingCentral under Blocked Calls, if you enter "+231" in an attempt to block Liberia, save and refresh the page, RingCentral will interpret this as just "231" which is an area code in Michigan.

Allow Users to accept queue calls while on another call.
As a customer service representative, it can be challenging to manage a high volume of calls while ensuring that each inquiry is addressed promptly and efficiently. One potential solution to this issue is the ability to receive calls through call queues while already on a call. Playing pre-recorded message when outbound call routed to voicemail
. Although the option is available with CC plans, hopefully, it would also be available with MVP plans so we can easily leave the same message when we are being routed to voicemail.

Ability to Rearrange Extensions in Presence with a mouse
I would like to see the ability to re-arrange the extensions in the Presence list by using your mouse to slide the extension in a different order.I would also like to select new extension and slide them into the desired order.

I would like to have a feature that allows us to view incoming calls in a call queue. However, this feature may only be available in certain scenarios, such as calling directly to a user extension number.

...ame to press 1 to accept calls. The user extension that uses a mobile number will hear the name of the Call queue group when accepting calls on his mobile phone so that he can easily determine what call queue group the call was routed to.
