  1. Unable to update/make custom voicemail greeting when Screening, Greeting & Hold Music is disabled for user roles.

    If we can include a separate permission for a role such as greeting, voicemail settings, ringback, screening and hold music restriction.

    The users are now restricted to update voicemail when they are assigned to a role that is restricted for Screening, Greeting & Hold Music.

    This is happening when updating through desktop, mobile and web application.

  2. It would be very useful for business owners to be able to add themselves to all voicemail boxes as co-recipients, that way they can easily access all voicemails. Currently the limit of voicemail boxes per co-recipient is 5. It would be helpful to increase this number or make it unlimited.

  3. Longest Idle currently resets when switching to DND or making any type of call. Users can manipulate this my quickly switching DND on then off AND/OR by making quick calls to remain last in the queue and avoid calls.I propose that Longest Idle's idle time is only reset by taking a Queue / External call

  7. When downloading SMS logs, the user is only getting the metadata. It would be very helpful if the content of the SMS can also being included in the data being downloaded from the logs. I understand that it is available when backing the data up with Archiver. But not all account has the feature.

  13. Viewing company call log on RC App without opening the admin portal will be a great feature. I will not need to log in on the admin portal anymore. This is a convenient feature where admin's on my account will be able to view it by just opening the application.

  19. I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose.
