Force caller to hear entire IVR menu prompt
Callers often just press any random button (usually 1) just to get to the next menu, as they're just trying to press any buttons they can to be connected with a human. This causes a HUGE problem with the company trying to intelligently route calls, and ends up costing the caller MORE time in then a human trying to connect them to the right department. There should be a feature that can be turned on and off, to force a caller to hear the entire audio prompt recording, before making their selection. This is also standard practice in virutally ALL…

Ability to turn off "What's New" Promotions
My company has been using RingCentral for many years. Every time I use the app, I get interrupted in the process of performing a task by a "click here to..." notification. Not only am I fully aware of the features of RC, it is becoming burdensome to try to even make a phone call. In-app-window notifications such as this should be able to be turned off in settings.

Editing RC meeting as a delegate (on unified app)
we would like our users to be able to edit meetings as delegates using the RC unified app. Looks like you are not able to do that with new RC unified app

Threaded Messages and the ability to "pop" message stream/thread into separate window
2 ideas but related - On the Windows and web app it would be great for the ability to thread the messages (with my posts always appearing on the right). And also to pop a single thread out of a message stream to make it easier to follow. Even pop entire message stream so when have multiple running can easily monitor

Warm Transfer to CCRN's
Yes, we can blind transfer to CCRN's, but not being able to transfer calls to our call centers is extremely inconveient.

Add functionality to call either a direct dial OR a cell # for people listed in the directory
Provide an option, via the search option in the directory on the desk top phones to call either a mobile number or the direct dial number. (similar to what you can do on a cell phone for a contact.) Time savings; paper savings; convenient

Flagging and Notating Previous Calls
We would like to be able to flag/mark previously recorded call logs, and to also have the ability to include a short description pertaining to the call. This would make for easy reference should the call be needed in the future for any purpose, saving time in know which call is which.

More 3rd party storage sites on Archiver beta
I strongly suggest adding other 3rd party storage applications such as Sharepoint and Amazon S3 to Archiver Beta. This is beneficial because people need more options to store their backups, not everybody uses dropbox or google drive, or box.

Priority option for queues.
I would like to see the ability to set priorities for queues. For example, those calling for new orders/sales, that queue gets answered in front of those in queue checking the status of their order. I can see this being beneficial for a lot of companies. Those calling to order a tow truck for the first time, needs to be answered before someone checking the status of where the tow truck is, for example. On top of that, it would be even more awesome if internal calls/transfers were a priority as well. I know this is probably a feature of…

Not available Keystroke command
In my unit, we are constantly at our desks and then away taking orders, then talking with builders. Adding a keyboard command to put the app in the Not Available mode would be very beneficial

Add ability to transfer from a softphone to a deskphone
There is a green bar in the softphone app that lets you transfer from a deskphone however the reverse function does not exist.

Playback Speeds for Recorded Meetings:
Please re-enable the playback variable speed feature with the new ring central platform. Previously, you could listen to a meeting at 1x, 1.5x and 2.0x speeds. This is time-saving, when meetings are 2.5 hours long.

RingCentral App compatibility with 32 bit OS
I do not want to upgrade my computer to gain access to RC Desktop Application. I am using using 32 bit OS and RingCental App requires 64 bit.

Ability to assign caller id names to call queue numbers
With a company consisting of different divisions, we need customers of those different divisions to recognize that specific division is calling them. Right now only the main company phone number can have a caller ID name, and the multi-site setup removes the ability for one person to access the separate division phone numbers to call out on.A solution would be to allow for individual caller ID names for the call queue numbers as well as the company main.
