  1. Please add the ability to add all extensions to presence lists. Including call queues, message-only extensions, announcements, etc. Getting expansion modules should be able to retrieve all extensions, not just those for MVP users.

  2. RC App and RC Phone App on desktop is not compatible for the Poly Savi 8200 headphone, we are hoping to add this in the future as additional headphones to work on RingCentral desktop applications.

    Please enable the new app layout under Settings - General - New App Layout and you'll be able to rearrange contacts when the HUD is pinned in app or popped out. You can also make the HUD a standalone tab on the app by navigating to Settings - Customize tabs - Phone - deselecting HUD. This will remove HUD from being under the phone tab to its own tab.
  4. For sales campaigns or business who depends on outbound calls, they may have phone numbers in their list that they need to call that are either disconnected, unavailable, or simply an invalid number. Most carriers would announce an error message depending on the status of the dialed number.

  5. The dialed number is currently not showing in the RingCentral app, phone app, and mobile phone app. It is showing in analog/physical phone though. Please add this feature in the applications as well. Thanks.

  6. I have multiple sites enabled, but the default "Main Site" can't be changed. Give us admins the option to change the "Main Site" to something more usefule that will make it easier to know what site "main site" is.

  8. Add audio indication when user gets a call as an overflow agent. Right now only the line flashes, but having an audio indication would be helpful. A flashing only line can easily be missed

  10. It would be very helpful if we could filter the extensions to only show the ones that are selected. Currently you have to filter by other fields or go through each page to find which extension is currently set for the key.IVR Menus >> Key Presses >> Edit

  11. Attached is current custom variables available. In RED would like additional variable for total page count. I see total page count being used on none custom cover page. Please implement for custom as well?

  13. Just had a use case, where an employee was trying to find someone in a dept to call, but there isn't an easy way to see who's working. Right now you'd have to start a conversation with each person, or click each person in the company contacts to view the status in their profile. It would make things a lot easier to have this presence state visible in the list view. Bonus if the company contacts could be sorted/grouped by dept.

  17. The dial pad should have an option to stay on top of all other windows (stay in the forefront). It is frustrating when you're in a call and doing other things and you have to bring up the dial pad window again to do a prompt or mute/unmute, etc. If there was an option to be able to click to other windows but the dial pad always stayed on top that would be great. I would make a button to pin the dial pad on top while in a call or unpin it AND have an option in settings to…

  18. Been trying for 6 weeks to port number out. I enter info from portal/my bill/account. My zip codes have not changed, but transfer fails with "invalid zip code". Repeated same steps 20X. Many hours wasted talking to RingCentral and Fi. It's a way to force customers to stay. Remaining choice is to abandon my business phone number of 25 years, and get a new one. Very, very bad RingCentral!

  19. There is no way to transfer a call directly into someone's voicemail. Sometimes callers will request to leave a message for someone but in order to put them into the voicemail the phone has to ring out to be connected to the voicemail. There needs to be a option to hit a button to transfer directly to voicemail without the phone ringing out first.
