Company Directory accessible on physical phones
This would benefit not only the company but the person administering the phones. On a Cisco phone (88XX) there currently are two address books, a system address book which is not functional and a personal address book which is unique to each phone. In order to have a "company" list, we currently have to utilize the personal address book and manually enter each entry into each phone. If anything changes(additions, changes, deletions), we have to manually change it in each phone. This can be very time-consuming to manage but at present is the only way to get a company directory…

Show Message has been deleted
When in MVP a chat message has been deleted, this should be visible to users in the chat that a message has been deleted.

Provide a setting option so that all users in the call queue can view / hear voicemails.
If out main receptionist is out, the remainder of the team is unable to view voicemails. This is a hindrance to our business.

Fix multiple issues
The new feature to be able to more easily see the dial pad doesn't work. On my Windows PC, I cannot see the dial pad without this app being full screen (which is ridiculous) and when I get the cursor to grab what would normally be a bar for expanding or contracting a column it doesn't move anything.Make everything visible when the screen size is reduced.When I open the "Report an Issue" dialog box and complete the required question, the "Send" button is grayed out and has been grayed out since our company first rolled out this tool. RC App Connected Contacts to include All Contacts folders
Now that we are trying to move fully to only the RC App on all devices including Mobile, Web, and desktops, all our Contacts are in a Microsoft account - so we use the "Connect to Microsoft" setting in the RC app, BUT it is only connecting to contacts in our Microsoft Contacts Default folder, not any of our other Contacts folders.We manage several Contacts folders to enable finding/browsing them easier on all our devices (mobile/tablet/computers) and also for sharing only specific contacts with other users. Prevent incoming calls when on a video call or meeting
I have it set to put me in Do Not Disturb automatically, but without fail when I'm on a video call and recording it, the phone rings from some spam call. Please make it so that when on a video call/meeting phone calls can be sent direct to voicemail

Being able to disconnect other person or line on a Merge/conference call
I would like to suggest to the developer to carry over the feature from the old app for the host of the call to be able to disconnect other people on the other line when we are on a conference or merged call especially when we are 3 people on the line and we are done talking to one person and wanted to disconnect that line. Supervisor or Group Admin should have access to recorded calls for their team.
In Ring Central UC platform, there is a call recording feature available however recorded calls can be accessed by Individuals. There should be a option for Supervisor to listen the call recording We can create group and set Group Admin access to supervisor so they can listen calls.

Quick Reply capabilities doesn't appear to work to unparked emails, which is impacting company standardised replies and hyperlinks.Can this please be looked at and made available in Max Agent Emails?

Desk Phone Forwarding - Call Logs
We ran into an issue today with a RingGroup when called returned a message "phone is not online". After quite a bit of troubleshooting I found that a user had forwarded his desk phone to an invalid extension. This extension is at a remote site so all troubleshooting was done remotely. The Call Log shows "hang up" and the Performance log shows Ringing and then nothing.Since there is no insight to the status of deskphones from the portal it would be helpful if the call log and/or performance report would have shown the call trying to ring the invalid extension.

Incoming caller id will match the contacts added on the user when main number is dialed.
Incoming caller ID should appear as what is save on the user contact list on the user desk phone display screen when the main number is being dialed.The actual behaviors is when the direct number of the user is being dialed the save contact is showing on the display screen.Note: the actual caller is added on the contact list

Automatic Replies in Texts
Please consider adding automatic replies for texts, much like we have for voicemails and emails. When I go on vacation, I can set automatic replies so that if someone emails or calls me, they are reminded that I am on vacation. I would like the same functionality for texts. Being able to set up an automatic reply for my text messages that reminds my clients that I am on vacation after they text me would be very beneficial.
