Call history is inaccurate when using RingOut
When a call is placed by using the RingOut feature the Call History shows your own name as the call recipient. I didn't call myself! The Call History should not show my name only... it should show the person I called -- even if I use the RingOut feature. This needs to be changed.We opened a support case to report this issue and were told that the system is working as intended. The system should show the person I called -- it should not show my name. Delegated Line (BCA) is at the moment available for hard phones and it will be a great feature to add this to be available on app.

Taking calls while on dnd and also a better conference feature. and more scam protection
. So it auto fills with people to the conferance pro and standards. Lastly you guy still wont add a carrier lookup to each number which is rather troubling. I would like to know what carrier the scammers are using over VOIP lines

Make the windows app and physical phone work as one
The app is limiting users without the ability to use a microphone and speaker on a PC. We need to ringout our physical phones to use click to dial and then we are tied to the limitations of the phones. We can not transfer calls through the app while on the physical phone. The Mitel softphone had this ability, the app and physical phone worked seamless with each other as with RC they are entirely separate occurrences.

When a user locks their computer, the customer would like DND to be automatically activated.
When a user locks their computer, it would be convenient to have the app automatically enter DND mode.

there should be explanation or brief description when data export is converted so admins can easily read the data instead of just having number and IDs

Add another option to "Maximum Wait Time is Reached, send caller to"
Currently, the options are voicemail and external number, customers are requesting to add an option to choose another call queue or extension number.

Filter download user list
Would like to be able to filter the download user list by Role, Site, Status, and Department before downloading the list. This is beneficial for my company that has over 3000 users and more than 50 site. The download user list should only download what has already been filtered under the users with extensions or download all users.

Ability to block short code numbers the same as blocked phone numbers
Although a short code number has been added to blocked numbers on our operator extension, my users are still getting spam texts from the number. Please add the ability to block these. Furthermore, when I add a short code number to the list of numbers to block, it prefixes the number with the number 1.

Outlook Contact Sync with Subfolders
Currently, when syncing the RingCentral App with Office365 Contacts, the only contacts that are pulled are from the primary contacts folder, not the subfolders that a user may have created.It would be useful to eitherProvide for the ability to choose subfolders to sync with from the RingCentral AppJust recursively look in the subfolders and sync everything within RingCentral.

further narrow the 'Message Panel' Column to give more space to actual messages
I switched to the new layout for the desktop app and noticed that the message panel column takes up an unnecessary amount of space on the desktop app. I would like to be able to further narrow the left column (message panel). It eats up a huge amount of real estate that would be better used for center column with the actual conversation (see attached). The same problem exists on the web app. I am only able to narrow it to about 1/3 of the overall screen - which is a total waste. I submitted a ticket about this (#18823765)…

.HEIC File Format on SMS
Please add support for file formats .HEIC .HEIF .HEVC on SMS. We are a healthcare company that request timesheets from nurses. 50% of our user base has iphones and it is an impossible task to request them to set different photo settings to send in a .jpeg instead. Passing on this task to our customers discourages them and results in lost business for us.

Time out feature within IVR menu
The IVR Menu should have an option to time out after a number of seconds when no option is selected. Currently it only times out after 3 repeats or incorrect input. The option to play a message and then automatically transfer should be an option without requesting that the caller selects a prompt. This feature should be incorporated in the IVR menu, Announcement Only Extension, and Message Only extension.
