Support for Ring CX integration with Zoho CRM Plus
The Ring CX embedded agent for Zoho CRM does not currently support Zoho CRM Plus. We are unable to utilize click to dial in the browser extension and the get leads functionality for campaign dialing does not work. Please add Zoho CRM Plus support. This is critical for operations to make outbound dials integrated with Zoho.

Support data in custom fields for RC App connect (Netsuite)
Currently, all call log details settings values are stored in the Message field.
The other fields, CALL TYPE and CALL LENGTH, are still empty.
The customer will like each field to show the data.
These fields are currently custom fields and as per upstream peers, we do not support at the moment.

For RCx for Hubspot. Allow admins to set a default object to relate the call log to.
Use case: Customer wants to ensure all call logs are logged on the deal object but if there are contacts or accounts found for the same number, agent has to manually choose the deal record to relate the call to.

I login to portal https://app.ringcentral.com/login on Chrome (incognito mode) with my credentials (sadish@tealjones.com – test account) and MFA (enabled for all users), then open another tab visit www.office.com and click sign in. Here without authentication or MFA I am able to login to the M365 portal. Now I go to the first tab (where I was logged in to RingCentral) and log-out. Then Sign back in again, at this point RingCentral allows me to the portal without password or MFA. Provisioning without devices/phones
Allow provisioning without device/phone being automatically added to the user.
This method would allow hotdesking because the accounts would be created and the devices would already HAVE the phone line attached to it.

User Context Logging for SMS in HubSpot integration
By design, the system displays the following format after a text message is logged (either automatically or manually) through the RingEX for HubSpot dialer:
[Inbound or Outbound] SMS from SMS +16500000000 (+16500000000) to Ian Christopher Santos (+16500000000)
It would be great if we have the option to display who logged the text message, similar to HubSpot’s manual log option (Contact record > More > Log SMS), for reporting purposes.

RingCentral for Zendesk - Call button in Reply Box
We've had some complaints from the team because they're using the RingCentral app with Zendesk, but they've started seeing the option to "Call" the customer if they have a phone number populated in their Zendesk profile.
People keep clicking this accidentally which then starts trying to call the customer through RingCentral. The option is showing up in the Zendesk ticket reply box - where you select whether the reply will be an Internal note vs Public reply vs Messaging etc - now there are two "call" options showing up, which people would like to be able to remove.

Salesforce pop settings
The current flow in the guide only shows the process for popping out a voice call record. However, what we’re hoping to achieve is the following:
1. A call comes in.
2. The system checks if the caller matches an existing contact.
3. If the contact exists: Check if there is any open case.

OAuth for other M365 Integrations
Add OAuth Authentication for Microsoft Teams Presence Sync, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, and Microsoft 365 contact sync. This can reduce the number of enterprise applications in the Entra (Azure AD) portal and consolidate all required permissions under one app registration in a single location, making management and implementation easier. It will also reduce the requirement of having a global admin authenticate each application separately.
