  1. It will be really helpful if additional call metadata can be passed through for Dynamics-side development. For example, automatically assigning a lead source on the contact form based on the phone number. We have someone who could add the logic within Dynamics, but he needs the call metadata to pass through. Thank you!

  2. Would like integration with Spectora, https://www.spectora.com the most important thing would be API connection so I can use Ringcentral AI to at minimum view my calendar/schedule in Spectora but also ability to write things to the schedule.

If Teams is enabled for a RingCentral users and you want to port the RingCentral users original phone number, the RC temporary phone number assigned to the user cannot be found when you search for it under the "Assigned To" field in port form in the RC portal.   11. At the moment, selecting a call queue number as the SMS caller ID is not supported in RingEX for Salesforce. Having this would help our operations be more streamlined and prevent the team from having to toggle back and forth between Salesforce and the app.

  16. The customer attempts to share one of the interactions by making it public and copying the link. Although a "Success" message appears, indicating that the link was copied to the clipboard, the user is unable to paste it into an email. They try using the Command+V shortcut and searching for the file in their computer's directory, but neither method works, suggesting the link was not actually copied or is not accessible.

  17. We use the RingCentral for Salesforce integration and are building reporting logic based on the Call Disposition field ("Call Result") that your managed package writes to Task records.
    We see values like: Answered, Missed, Answered Elsewhere, Voicemail, Reply, No Answer, Connected, Declined, Call connected, IP Phone Offline, Disconnected, Ringing, and Blocked.
    Is there documentation that defines each of these Call Disposition values — specifically what call scenario or outcome triggers each one? We need this to ensure our automation accurately categorizes inbound calls as connected vs. missed.

  19. I would like to request a feature enhancement in RingCX: the ability to play call recordings directly within the app, similar to how RingCentral allowed in‑app audio playback for auditing purposes.

    Currently, we need to download recordings to review them, which slows down QA workflows. An integrated audio player would streamline call auditing, improve efficiency for Quality Analysts, and enhance the overall usability of the platform.
    • Direct in‑app playback of call recordings
    • Playback controls (pause, skip, speed adjustment)

    This feature is essential for teams performing regular call quality checks. Please consider adding it to the product roadmap.
