  1. Disable email notification for MS Teams changes.

    For a couple of days now, I have gotten a message from service-uk@ringcentral.com saying first "Presence Sync for Microsoft Teams Disabled" and then "Presence Sync for Microsoft Teams Enabled", all while I have not done anything at all with Ring Central, nor have I done anything to the settings. Why is this happening? Can you please make it stop?

  4. Sync status of MS Teams meeting with RC App during meeting. As of now while on MS Teams meeting , RC app remains on the current status (available) so users are receiving calls on RC app while on a meeting in MS Teams.

  6. The ability to sync prospect/contact information into Salesforce automatically from incoming RingCentral calls, particularly when using tracking numbers (e.g., creating new leads or matching to existing records based on inbound call data)

    They have an idea that it is not possible at the moment but wanted to know if it is something that we will consider, or if we have any plans in the future.

  10. Security UX Bug Report: The 'Protect your account' modal explicitly instructs users to verify the URL is service.ringcentral.com. However, the OAuth flow redirects to login.ringcentral.com. This creates a trust-gap and trains users to ignore URL discrepancies, increasing phishing risk. Requesting the modal text be updated to include 'login.ringcentral.com' as a verified domain.

  11. There are customers who rely heavily on conference calls and are running into some gaps when those calls are logged in Salesforce. While standard calls work well, conference calls currently feel incomplete in comparison.

    What customers are experiencing:

    Conference call recordings are successfully saved in RingCentral, but users cannot play them directly within Salesforce.
    Only limited call information is logged, and additional participants in the conference call are not visible.

    This creates some friction because users have to leave Salesforce to access recordings and do not get a full picture of who joined the call.

  13. we have integration with salesforce in two ways. We are using the connector and the activity capture. So we are getting tasks and a voice call when a call is recorded in ring central. In sf we want to connect the two but cannot find a common call id. Is that something that exists? Is there a way to do that? Thank You.

    Retail organizations with distributed store networks need centralized visibility into the health of their RingCentral voice endpoints. Currently, monitoring tools like SolarWinds can track network metrics, but they lack direct integration with RingCentral’s device events and call quality scores.

  17. Pop up the existing contact record in Hubspot eventhough the calll was not answer.

    It is better to pop up the record eventhough the call was just a missed call or if we ignore or direct it to VM. Right now it will only pop up the contact record when it was answered

  19. It will be really helpful if additional call metadata can be passed through for Dynamics-side development. For example, automatically assigning a lead source on the contact form based on the phone number. We have someone who could add the logic within Dynamics, but he needs the call metadata to pass through. Thank you!

  20. Would like integration with Spectora, https://www.spectora.com the most important thing would be API connection so I can use Ringcentral AI to at minimum view my calendar/schedule in Spectora but also ability to write things to the schedule.
