Currently, when calls are received via RingCentral Phone or other RingCentral apps (outside of App Connect), the Name/Number and associated call events are delayed by approximately 5 minutes before appearing in CRM call logs. This delay affects all CRMs integrated via App Connect, including Redtail.

    Expected Behavior / Feature Request:
    Enable real-time syncing of all call events (including co-recipient voicemails) across all CRM integrations.

  3. Sync Hubspot contacts with RingCentral to display them under 'Contacts'

    https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/listing/ringcentral-data-sync is available but the customer would prefer an easier way similar to how we support them for Google and MS365

  7. The Customer wants to have a specific option in the recurring setting in the Customized Workflow (Scheduled). Right now, it's only limited to "Every day" then "Every week". They also want an option when a certain keyword is sent through text that would disable the recurring feature in the same Workflow.
    They don't want to create multiple workflows per patient.

  10. we need the ability to have more than just 25 templates. Our business uses templates to make the systems efficient. Just 25 sms is not enough. Also please allow us to organize templates alphabetically . Please have the ability to translate text messages from english to spanish.

  11. If a customer decides to close their account or move to Desktop/Phone app, it would be nice if Ring Central can take the phone back from us and we can trade it in for bill credits? If we are no longer using it because we switched to desktop app, then credits will be great but if it is no longer being used because of account closure, then a credit to the card on file would be good.

    Currently, RingCentral allows selecting a voicemail co-recipient, enabling voicemail from one extension to be shared with multiple users’ mailboxes. The HubSpot integration does not support this functionality.

    Use Case:
    Users want voicemails from a single RingCentral extension to appear in multiple HubSpot user mailboxes, improving visibility and collaboration across teams.

    Current Behavior:
    Voicemails can only be logged or delivered to a single user within HubSpot, limiting shared access and requiring manual forwarding or additional workarounds.

    Expected Behavior:
