Filevine Integration - AI Case Summary & other Ring Central features.
Filevine Integration - Provide endpoints in the API to enable data such as the AI case summary, the call transcript, and the call recording that are currently not provided to the Filevine integration. These features are needed for our integration but aren't being allowed by Ring Central.

remove HUD
I have very few employees and HUD is completely irrelevant to my business. Every time I open the app, it opens to HUD and I need to click over to favorites. It is a real pain to do this EVERY TIME and I should be able to opt out of it somehow. The rep advised that I cannot either make it default to my favorites, or remove the extension. Please make either one, or both of these options available. Thanks.

One Click to Dial in RC app connect
A feature wherein they click on the number in Pipedrive and will ring directly to the RC app connect without clicking the phone icon or a hover-to-show tooltip.

RC QA Management
One enhancement that would be very helpful is adding an option, when building the evaluation form, to have the total score automatically pre filled when the form is published, allowing evaluators to deduct points as needed, instead of manually entering scores for each KPI. This would save significant time, reduce manual effort & improve efficiency. Since one of our main goals in moving evaluations to RingCentral is to minimize manual processes, this feature would add great value.

Using the Archiver feature, specific to Smarsh it would be very helpful if you can customize the data or make certain data fields more descriptive when sending the data to Smarsh. Currently the data is sent as is and once the data flows into Smarsh many of the data fields are blank are use general terms. For example, allowing for the users first name and last name to flow through would be extremely helpful.

Integrate Text messages with 3rd party network monitoring APIs
Allow integration of 3rd party apps like What'sUpGold or other network managing/monitoring solutions to regulate and tie a text message to and email alert - to call and leave a message or send a text message alert (voicemail transcription). For example device XYZ alerts on ABC network management/device management alert - send a email + text notfication to IT admins or on-call. This way the Ring Central can be a part of helping the security teams/community help be part of network support analytics and notification measures.

hand cursor
1-27-26: The latest update of the RingCentral app changed the mouse cursor from my arrow to a hand. And now myself and several team members keep selecting the wrong person to glip. This is because the tip of the hand does not select the name like the arrow does - you have to put the middle of the hand over the name to select it. It's quite annoying. Please give an option to change the pointer to an arrow versus the hand. Thank you.
