  2. Upload bulk contacts on RC admin portal with less restrictions or offer more flexibility on the requirements. Allow special characters such as parenthesis or dashes to avoid tedious modifications on the file.

  3. We need a way to merge our RingCentral interactions and AI call transcriptions into our Kipu CRM system. We need to be able to log vital call metrics and information with our prospective, current, and prior clients within Kipu. At the moment there is no way to get these two platforms working together.

  4. Customers should be able to add, remove, or cancel service completely without needing to call "Retention". I understand that security is a concern but if you are validating admins that login then allow them to make changes without having to jump through hoops or dark patterns to make changes.

  7. As a long-term customer, I would like to request approval for the integration of automated text messaging with Aptly. This would enable us to automatically send scheduling reminders to our residents.

    After recently transitioning from Lead Simple to Aptly, we discovered that this feature is unavailable through RingCentral. This integration is crucial for our operations, particularly for our annual and biannual property checks, which require us to send 72-hour scheduling reminders and 24-hour courtesy reminders.

  8. We have downloaded the Hubspot plug-in for the desktop phone app. However, we are not seeing where to activate the AI Notes or transcription option for the plug-in. Hubspot allows for transcription, so we are looking for a better understanding of how the plug-in works in relation to transcription

  11. Can the RingCentral Scheduler be made visible outside of just meetings in Microsoft Outlook? I would like the button for RingCentral Scheduler on the main ribbon, so I can one click to schedule a meeting with RingCentral. I have tried work arounds with macros to make this happen, but I get a message that states, "RingCentral Scheduler is context-sensitive and works within meetings only."

  12. Lever is primarily a HR/Recruiting tool that helps us configure, manage, and schedule our new hire candidate interviews. Zoom and MSTeams currently allow Lever to integrate with their respective accounts. The integration allows you to connect your external Zoom/MSTeams meeting links directly within Lever's platform. Current state with RingCentral is that our end users would have to create the candidate interviews in RingCentral first, and then copy/paste their meeting links into each new hire interview session within Lever. Functional, but not ideal during our heavy onboarding periods with "bulk" meeting creation.

  13. I am building a zap with the Zapier integration and I am noticing that the name field coming over in the zap is not populated. I do have my Google Contacts synced with the RC app but apparently this is not being passed to Zapier. Is there some way to make this work so I can bring in the name of a contact for use in a zap integration? I would use the G-suite integration for Directory Integration but since I only have a gmail account and not a full G-suite account that doesn't appear to work (or at least…

    The other option is to currently use the RingSense integration, but it is preferred to have the call transcription added to the package we currently have installed instead of opting for RingSense.

The RingCentral CRM Extension is a great start and getting it to work with NetSuite is awesome, however, it would be even better if the Transcribe and Summarize using AI was built into the plug-in itself and when it took a summary of the call using AI it posted that back to NetSuite or the CRM of your choosing. Right now, it takes both the plug-in and the either the RC Teams or the RC app itself open so when a call comes in both ring at the same time. You then have to manually copy and paste the summary…
