Remove the option to edit/sync account for archiver on User level
I would like to remove the options to edit or changed the Google Drive / Box, etc accounts set by the Super admin. Users are able to change the connected account on the archiver for their extension. I wan one account for archiver account wide.

SMS messaging from a generic 5-digit number - For survey purposes
Currently, we use an API integration that simply sends a site-specific customer satisfaction survey that is sent 7 days after their order was fulfilled. This is a trigger that is automatically activated, the sms message is sent and seems to be in working order. However, the number that is defined as the outgoing phone number belongs to the user extension of our Administrator (1002) which is (617) 674-1243. Due to the scope of our business, we would like a non-area code-specific number (since we support multiple states). If possible, we would like to have this sent from a ##### number…

Integrate multiple domains on one account with multi-site setup
Right now, we only have the option to use one domain per account.
With a multiple site set up, it will be great if we can integrate each site to a different Microsoft Teams domain.
For example, one site is name@emortgagecaptial.comname@emortgagecaptial.com and the other is name@saxumventures.comname@saxumventures.com. They are two different Microsoft accounts.1 vote -

Add a custom time length filter for call length.
This would be very helpful to me and other companies to pinpoint specific team member/department phone conversations. A time-length customization filter would allow targeting of VMs left, introductory prospecting calls, and help to understand what time length is a meaningful conversation for departments and team members.

use RingCentral to call in to a MS Teams presentation
include a phone number on my MS Teams meetings to allow users who do not have robust audio capabilities on their computers, to call in to a presentation such that all participants can hear the caller(s) when they speak and the caller can hear people talking via MS Teams. I see articles about internal use of RingCentral with Teams, but nothing regarding what I am describing. Zoon offers a phone number on their meetings so users can call in

Integrate Ringcentral Tasks into Google Calendar for google workspace
You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.

Answering Service
We are a small business and if we aren't available our calls are routed to an answering service. If a call is missed, the answering service blames ring central and vice versa. It would be nice if there was an integration.

Currently when texting with a guest, the name on the agent side shows up as our company name and not the actual user who texted with them previously. Enabling this would make it easier to know who a customer spoke with when texting someone in our organization.

Archiver SFTP scheduling
Currently when configuring Ringcentral archiver with SFTP all connections are held open 24/7. This will slow down most FTP servers with more than 10-15 users on the archiver. SFTP connections should only open when the archiver has data that it needs to archive. We need a scheduling feature so that clients with large user counts can actually use the archiver.
