  1. Please create a firmware/profile version for the Poly CCX 700 for RingCentral MVP. Just like the "MS Teams" or "Zoom" profiles you can select from, there should be a "RingCentral MVP". So that you can utilize all the features of the CCX 700. Join Video Meetings, see your MVP Profile etc.

  5. I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly

  9. Essentially, we are using the web version of RingCentral as we use Linux (Ubuntu Mate) and it all works fine, except for the extension. If it has to use the google extension, then it is missing functionality that the web app has (in this case - we need the extension to have the "ask first" option on Transfers, which is doesn't.

  10. Users should have more than two concurrent lines. Currently they have only two lines available to receive two concurrent lines/calls. But the third caller cannot call. With Mitel system we used to have 6 lines available.

Hi there,as I have to call on a regular basis different countries and have also different caller IDs I am wondering if there could be a setting or configuration that automatically assigns one of my caller IDs similar to the number I am calling.This is because when calling to the UK with a German number or vice versa calls not get picked up.This would be very helpful and timesaving.   12. Hi Team,Currently, we can use HID devices for MS Teams, but it isn't integrated with Jabra and Plantronics, unlike the RingCentral app.It would be extremely beneficial for this to be made available for our customers especially for those who use Jabra/Plantronics headsets.

  13. When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

  16. when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?

  19. Currently customer is using CRM call Load Board which is integrated with RingCentral using a chrome extension called RingCentral CRM Extension. Recently, they had issue with the SMS feature which changes some of the characters of the text. Upon checking, customer is still using the RingCentral Phone App, so I ask customer to use the RingCentral App instead and that fixes the issue. With this, I ask customer to uninstall the RingCentral Phone App, But after doing so, the customer is no longer able to use the Chrome extension, which allows them to dial out directly from the CRM using…
