    This would be especially helpful in the legal space with the attorney-assistant relationship and call delegation.

    Feature was specifically requested by a prospective customer currently running a PoC.

    Being able to share a video recording with a messaging team would help both internally and enhance collaboration for our customers. Sharing the video once in the messaging team will allow anyone added to that team later on to come up to speed by having access to past recordings without having to go back and reshare.

    Users would like to see a banner at the top of the RC app like they do when they are in DND when they toggle off the "accept call queues" switch to prevent them from forgetting to toggle the switch back on.
