   Presenters can now share and record at higher fidelity — up to QHD/2K at 30 fps — which resolves the blurriness some customers saw on high-resolution displays. A customer-facing article covering the fidelity settings will follow.

   Anyone presenting — not just the host — can include system audio so participants hear shared video and audio clearly. This is supported when presenting from the desktop app on both Windows and macOS, with macOS support our most recent addition. See Sharing your screen with audio.

    This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. If you would like automatic DND for all calendar events, not just RC Video meetings please vote here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-2239

    Call Queues now have the option to advise callers of heavy call volume and disconnect, which can help when you prefer not to send calls to voicemail. You can learn more about setting it up here: Call Queue setup guide.
