This is very important to our teams as we use a third-party service for translating phone calls when needed. We need to be able to conference in the third-party translating service to help our callers.

This is because the app is not auto logging the actual sender of the sms. You would be able to see the sms if you also selected "unassigned" in your reporting. However this feature is needed because we need to be able to see how many texts are being sent out and by who.

Hi everyone, you are now able to customize the announcement played during the call. Learn where in the Admin portal to update here.
While not the ability to completely turn off the announcement, this customization allows for different companies to take into account their unique compliance needs. If a disclosure is not needed, a silent recording could be uploaded as a workaround.

We are currently having to copy and paste the AI notes into the manual note section to ensure a note is logged along with the call that is logged on the contact record. Seems like this option would be a no brainer.
RingCX logs the ai note in HubSpot, so should EX.
